>Natsuki and Yuri see you retreating from the station shopping area

>Natsuki lets out the only word her mind can summon as Yuri silently stares at your backs
>The smaller girl begins to put together coherent thoughts

>Yuri squeaks in surprise as Natsuki finally settles on a topic
>Natsuki grabs the older girl by the wrist
>"C'mon, we have to follow them!"
>Deciding not to voice her numerous concerns, Yuri allows Natsuki to tow her into the early twilight

>They follow you to a department store
>Monika's been trying on clothes for 20 minutes
>You're dutifully waiting to give your appraisals
>Monika emerges and Natsuki turns away from you two
>She then reaches over and makes Yuri do the same
>Glancing back, the shorter girl sees you guys poring over the store catalog
>As you read, Natsuki allows her mind to wander

>Yuri taps Natsuki on the shoulder, pulling her attention away from a romper with a bedazzled kitten on the belly
>Monika has gone back into the dressing room, but you're walking away
>As inconspicuously as possible, the younger girl ducks between racks of clothes, following you as closely as she dares

>Finally, you reach your destination

>The pair watch as you pay with a card and shove the small box into a jacket pocket

>Surprised, they follow you back to the dressing room

>After you and Monika leave the store with your purchases, you head to dinner
>Natsuki and Yuri peak at you over the tops of their menus
>Natsuki hisses at the waitress whenever she comes to take their order
>Yuri smiles apologetically
>Finally, after your and Monika's pasta is set down on the table, you make your move
>Your club mates watch you stand up and descend to one knee
>They watch you retrieve the small, black box from your jacket
>They hear you give your beautiful speech
>They don't join into the polite applause as Monika tearily accepts your proposal
>Their looks of shock stand out among the loving gazes of the elderly and the incredulous glances of the middle-aged

>The next afternoon, Yuri and Natsuki walk into the club room together
>"Oh, great, you're here. Anon and I have an announcement!"

>None of it's popular and half of it isn't science
>Monika emerges from the dressing room in a pair of high waisted jeans and a loose, flowy cream blouse
>She strikes a couple of poses, flipping around her hair as she does so
>As you admire her auburn curtain, you notice her eyes slightly widen as she looks over your shoulder
>Her brow creases for just a moment, before her face shifts to a slight smirk
>She raises her voice to be slightly louder than necessary

>>You look amazing
>"Thank you, Sweetie, but you've said that about every outfit so far. Ahaha~"
>She picks up a thick magazine from the table next to you
