Fully close the game, exit it in tray.
Fully close Wegame, exit it in tray.
Completely close all of them.

C:\Users\YOU\AppData\Local\NGR\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\GameUserSettings.ini

Top of the file should look like this:

Culture=en
Locale=en

save, close, DO NOT set as Read Only

THEN

C:\Users\Lani\AppData\Local\NGR\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor\NGRLocalizationSettings.ini

It should be blank, so add this:

after that i launched through wegame and its all in english
audio voicelines will be missing cause theres no english VO yet but the subtitles will be in english
