Requests you call the SCAM call center if you have any questions or want to cancel.  Attempts to obfuscate the phone number used from automated detection by using spaces and other odd characters, like this:

1 - { 8 8 8 } - ( 8 3 9 ) - ( 1 2 1 4 )

E-Mail snippet: Not much to it because the SCAM is detailed in the PDF.  But, it does say "The detailed attachment is below."
