  1. We find ourselves amidst one of the largest political divides in American history. There was a time, not so long ago, where an association with one political party would not lend itself to presumptions of character or disposition, but now, in the eyes of many, the association has become an allegiance. More than ever, the words “liberal” and “conservative” carry with them not only political or social connotations but extend themselves to harbor hints of individual identity. As each new issue facing our country becomes increasingly politicized and both ends of the political spectrum become angrier at one another, some sort of compromise should be made. The sort of compromise that tackles the problem at its root. And at the source, what the large majority of these issues are stemming from is, simply put, the people. The sort of problems my proposal means to correct are not those like immigration(legal or otherwise) or abortion. Although divisory, these dilemmas have larger moral implications and to effect, have no clearly cut right or wrong answer. To bridge the divide, steps should be taken to eliminate the problem before it can stand to further divide the country. In essence, the problems we face as a nation should be treated as symptoms, and those people who contribute nothing to the greater society, as the disease.
  2. Although the connection between politically dividing issues and those individuals who burden society as they do(unemployed, criminals and drug addicts to name some) can be difficult to distinguish, it is certainly there. A great deal of political strife comes at the hands of such people in the form of determining what do with them. How long should someone receive unemployment benefits? Should the government have to pay to maintain the drug addict’s jail or pursue the alternative route and pay for their rehabilitation? Should the execution of a criminal stand as a legal punishment? In all of these case, the conservative will tell you one thing and the liberal another. It is hard to deny that if there were no such problem people we might find our country in a more politically sound state. But it is not always the fault of the criminal or the drug addict. It is their parents we must balme and their parents before them. When analyzing the cases of those individuals with that certain problematic nature, we find that they came from poor homes. Homes who are owned by parents who are guilty of the same crimes their children will be. And sometimes we find no evidence of parents in the first place. Our criminals are in fact the victims. The proposal is simple. Is it again undeniable that those who inflict such a burden on our hardworking society, victims though they may be, should never have existed in the first place? They should never have been conceived. So why not mandate all births in the first place? A sort of test should be designed, a parenting test, where only those couples with the greatest resources, intelligence, and social affluence could pass. To have child without taking the test would mean its death and to fail the test would result in sterilization. A simple solution to what has to this point been such a series confounding dilemmas.
  3. To start, hopefully, having rid ourselves of these potential misbegotten youth, we will after some decades, find that America has become a more content nation. A nation whose citizens cooperate with one another in a manner that will benefit all or at least the majority to the effect of furthering the qualities of society that we hold as valuable.
  4. Secondly, assuming that intelligence is hereditary, our people will observe a great stride forward in the areas of art and science. Since only those who are “smart” will be permitted to bear children, those who are not as capable intellectually will not be able to push their inferior genes into the generations of our country's future.
  5. Thirdly, there will exist a swift plummet in reported crimes, and hypothetically, should the test have been designed with enough rigor, once all those who lived before the test was put into effect pass on, there will longer even be such a concept of crime.
  6. Fourthly, following a successful integration of this test, the country will observe a general quality of life increase, especially in terms of per capita income. As those lowest members of society fade away and only those whose work produced the majority of the GDP in the first place remain, hypothetically, businesses should be able to afford larger salaries for their employees.
  7. Fifthly, the problem of overcrowding that we see in cities such as Tokyo or New York would never stand to threaten the rest of the country. Not only that, but our currently crowded cities will find their populations thinning and without those individuals who polluted the streets both with garbage and their presence, they should become cleaner.
  8. Sixthly, NO BLACK PEOPLE.
  9. That's right nigga. Your whole gene pool is DONEZO. GONEZO. BYE BYE!!! ITS GONE! NO MORE BLACK PEOPLE! NO MORE AMERICAN MELANIN. YOU'RE CANCELLED, SWEETIE!
