If you have weird glitching problem on meshes:

Starting with UE4.17, Unreal does not retain all of the settings that are ticked inside the StaticMesh Editor, and most of these effects rely on 32-bit UV's, rather than the 16-bit default ones.

To fix this, open the mesh you have problem with in the Static Mesh Editor inside Unreal, and tick "Full Precision UV's" and hit Apply, or please refer to this image:

Because on higher engine versions, Epic did something that breaks the whole animation for some reason.
