  1. Hello everyone,
  2. This is a very difficult message for me to share, but I feel it’s important to be brave and speak my truth. I am known as “Megalit” in Iskall85’s Vault Hunters (VH) community—a nickname he gave me years ago. However, I no longer want to be associated with that name or identity.
  3. For those who don’t know me, I’ve been part of Iskall’s community for four years. During that time, I supported his Vault Hunters modpack both financially and creatively. In fact, some of the ideas implemented—such as the "Bingo Vault" in Update 15—were mine, something Iskall himself has acknowledged.
  4. Unfortunately, I recently discovered that I, along with others, was taken advantage of by Iskall. What’s most troubling is not only the manipulation itself but also the fact that it occurred while he was in a long-term relationship. What began as casual conversations turned into flirtation, then sexting, and even sharing personal photos. As a single mother, I had been transparent with him about my life’s challenges and asked him not to give me false hope or expectations. He assured me, saying, “My intentions are real.”
  5. Looking back now, I realize that his actions weren’t just manipulative—they were emotionally abusive. He knew how to use his words to build trust and make me believe in his sincerity, only to later shatter that trust. It’s heartbreaking to accept that someone I respected and supported could treat me and others in this way.
  6. Iskall is a persuasive individual, and I trusted his words. He even suggested visiting my country and invited me to Paris this January. I declined, but his pattern of behavior is consistent across all victims—similar approaches, similar words.
  7. When I discovered I wasn’t alone, I immediately canceled my Patreon support for Vault Hunters and connected with the other victims. We’ve been completely open and transparent with one another. During these conversations, additional concerning information came to light. Together, we gathered our proof and contacted a member of the Hermitcraft community to bring this situation to light.
  8. In 2024, with the prevalence of AI-generated content and account hacks, it’s understandable that people may doubt our claims. However, we have irrefutable proof that supports everything we’re saying. While I’m not sharing all of it publicly at this time, I can assure you that the evidence reveals a stark contrast between the person Iskall portrays publicly and the reality of his behavior.
  9. This has been a deeply painful experience for all of us involved. Accepting that I, too, was a victim has been incredibly challenging. Recovering from this has taken a significant emotional toll.
  10. I want to thank the Hermitcraft players who have shown unwavering support to us during this difficult time. Just yesterday, I spoke with another victim, and it pains me to say there may be even more out there. This is why I’ve chosen to make this public: you are not alone. If you’re also a victim, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We will ensure your name remains anonymous.
  11. To everyone following this situation, I kindly ask that you respect the privacy and boundaries of all victims. Some may wish to remain anonymous, and their decision should be honored. Please show empathy toward everyone who has been hurt or affected by this.
  12. To everyone who is feeling hurt or saddened by this, I want to remind you that brighter days are ahead. We don’t have to stay in the darkness forever. I hope this statement addresses some of the questions and concerns within the community.
  13. For myself, I will no longer support Iskall in any way. I am heartbroken by what has happened—not just to me, but to everyone else who trusted him.
  14. Thank you for listening.
  15. -Mefallit

    1. Your comment is disrespectful. He did something morally wrong and is facing the consequences of those actions. Plain and simple.

    1. How do you read something about a person in a position of authority being emotionally manipulative and abusive towards people who look up to him, and get mad at cancel culture? Jfc have some self respect.

    1. I'm so sorry Mef. I hate this happened to you and all the other victims. Thank you for your bravery in coming forward like this. I hope other victims can feel as though they have a safe place to come to share their story, either anonymously or not. You have a large group of friends who will always be there for you when needed. <3

      1. Eaglers, it's not woke or far left. You're just in a group that likes protecting the people who do these things. Donald Trump has extremely strong ties to Epstein, they where buddies. And revealing your messages with someone is not a crime you smooth brain idiot. For a party that cross cries "my freedom" so strongly it's funny how quick you are to change your mind when it's a situation that doesn't benefit you. I'm pretty sure even itskull understands that he's squarely in the wrong. You're defending someone from accusations who isn't even defending themself

          1. Ah yes, the EU, the ideal in the eyes of conservatives with their socialized healthcare and tighter restrictions on big businesses

          1. "you don't have private life you got wokes". Hmm, let's think... Under what administration was the patriot act signed into law? Oh yeah, that was a Republican president who signed that into law. Weird, could have sworn that only the wokes where invading privacy.

          1. I haven't heard any accusations of him commiting a crime. It's not about if he's a criminal, it's about if he's a good person who people want to associate with. If someone's acting a fool, they're totally within their right to terminate their relationship with them. Itskull acted a fool and so the hermitcraft group decided to terminate their relationship with him. It's not hard to understand why they wouldn't want someone who's acting so incredibly unprofessional associated with their business. It's not "cancelling" or "cancel culture"

      1. Why do you sound like EAGLER5 no. 2 lol. Why the vitriol if you have no personal stake on the matter? How is she, who supported Iskall in multiple ways, including financially, the exploiter now? What does she gain? Except sparing other vulnerable fans from being played with and lied to by a guy who, without his platform, wouldn’t be given the time of day by anyone? How can you claim she’s lying with so much confidence and rage, Truthspeaker?

      1. He was trying to cheat on his partner with multiple different people and yet he wasn't the one who was the slut in your eyes? The hell? If anyone is a slut it's him

    1. Why no one talkes about evidence? There is no good evidence against Iskall right now, just some words that we must believe to be true. Presented screeenshots are just some of-context mess (why Kasszi cut her replies?). If you worry about kids, so there are a lot of 18+ platforms where you can post your full screenshots. I can't believe your words just because you said so! My opinion can be changed if good evidence is presented, but right now I can only hope that Iskall will be alright, wish him all the best!

      1. Publically posting private sexual/nude media of another person is illegal pretty much universally, with both criminal and civil penalties. Along with laws regarding disclosing intimate images(typically a misdemeanor/delict), posting of these photographs could also constitute as revenge porn. This would make it sexual abuse, a felony/crime.
      2.
      3. So, to paraphrase your initial response, unless the victims are willing to commit crimes and provide you with naked pictures of Iskall, they can not be, and should not be, believed.
      4.
      5. To get ahead of a BS response you might have to this, true, you did not explicitly ask that the photos be disclosed, but you did say words were not enough. Since words and pictures are all that are known to exist, you inferred that you need the pictures of Iskall to be satisfied.

        1. By evidence I mean the screenshots of actual full conversation between Iskall and Kasszi, without any private pictures. She statement: "Iskall said this and that", but we never see exactly this words by Iskall on the screenshots, only of-context cuts. I want to see the screenshots were Isall actually saying what he is being accused of.

          1. Being that the victims, the assailant, and the "governing bodies" are all either European or European based, it makes sense they would follow European ideals, which have a high focus on not publicly exposing victims. Exposing victims to the public, instead of to just the parties who actual need to know, cause immense amounts of damage to the victims, as it makes them victims of the public. If your mother/sister/wife was victimized by their employer, should they need to release their private communications to the public in order to file a complaint for being a victim? Or does it make more sense that they would only need to do so to the people who actually have the respect and ability to do anything about it?
          2.
          3. Why do YOU need to see it?
          4.
          5. Seriously, ask yourself that question. If you don't trust the unanimous decisions of the HC members and the developers of VH who have seen them, you probably would find more happiness elsewhere. If you really feel Iskall is being victimized, perhaps you can buy your own server and invite all the cancel gamers on to it so they can have a "safe space." Sounds like something you would love and it worked for Elon. Why not you too? Lucky for these canceled individuals and yourself, you're more than free to do so. Lucky for the victims, our opinions doesn't matter.

            1. Why do I need to see it? Well, because I believe we as an audience can't believe someone and judge someone without any proof, I mean, simple screenshots of just these bad words by Iskall will be enough, no private or personal info. And honestly, I can't find any reason not to post them, this is a bit concerning and strange.

      1. Well, he wouldn't have been ejected from hermitcraft for no reason. There was no public outcry before this that pressured the members to make this decision. Whatever they saw and are choosing not to release was substantial enough to terminate their relationship with a longtime friend and coworker. I have faith that the team made a reasonable conclusion based on the info they had. I'm sure it's not a decision they took lightly. Itskull also has not refused any claims as of yet that I'm aware of.

    1. This... is deeply disturbing and concerning and I, first of all, will say thank you and good on you for finding the courage to step forward with this. This coming from a member of HermitCraft which so far always seemed to me to be the one relatively drama free corner of the internet...
    2.
    3. As someone who watched Iskall's streams of VaultHunters too it's hard to have missed such a huge presence in the community. I've recently moved time zones so significantly that I wasn't able to catch any of the streams at all so this news came out of nowhere for me. I can't even begin to imagine the hurt this has caused you or the other people abused. But what I can say is that I hope things are going to improve for you, it sounds to me you've found solid support with each other and solid support in general.
    4.
    5. Comparatively speaking I'm just a lurker, a tiny viewer in the background so while it's not much, I hope a couple more words in support of you help (and help drown out those in need to be toxic and negative, your feelings are valid and you're right to make your statement).

    1. It's really concerning that this happened, he seemed like such a reasonable and nice person from his videos. I thought I had a good handle on judging people's characters, but I guess that's not always possible to do. Sorry this happened to you :(
