2 things:
- Iskall calls/called everyone "sir" and the chatters "Dylan". It's a gender neutral term for the community in general, so no it's not him assuming anyone is any gender.
- consenting adults, yes, sure, but they did not consent to being lied to. From receipts it's clear Iskall has been purposefully dodging and even denying the presence of a partner, leading the victims to believe he's single when he is not. Now whether or not the arrangement with that partner is open or not is of little importance here because it was not agreed upon with the victims that have come out about it. Is it legally wrong? no. It IS however highly unprofessional and an abuse of power as Content Creator over the audience members.

furthermore, he's made no statements, no pushback, no denial, just resigned from HC and kept quiet about it, which admittedly sounds like an admission of guilt. now he COULD be taking that time to gather receipts of his own to debunk everything but at this point this seems rather unlikely. Also as for more receipts from the victims, they've left those out as HC attracts a lot of minors and they do not wish to expose minors to explicit content of any form or kind. so keep that in mind, from what it sounds like the Hermits they've reached out to have seen more than what the public knows and have spoken out to confirm these claims to be credible.
So right now, not looking good for Iskall.
