Kid Anon Twilight 9

>Wake up starving. You hadn't eaten since the night before last.
>Your dreams of Luna are temporarily forgotten as you rush downstairs.
>Twilight looks up from a bowl of fruit.
"Good Morning, Anon. I wasn't sure what humans eat, so why don't you
look around and see if there's anything you would like".
>You cross the room and start looking through the kitchen.
>Some of the best looking apples you've ever seen catch your eye.
>While it's a start, it's hardly a filling breakfast.
>Vegetables, no. Bale of hay, no. Salt block, no.
>Oats? Oatmeal was always your favorite back home.
>After some looking, you find a pot and pour in the oats and water.
"What are you doing"?
"Uhhh...cooking".
"Why would you ruin perfectly good oats"?
>You don't really have an answer.
>You kick on the stove and start fixing them anyway.
>Even after cooking, the oats were a little tough.
>The apple was delicious though.
>By the time you are done, Twilight is nervously pacing.
"It's about time you were done. We have a very tight schedule
to keep and thanks to your cooking, we are already 10 minutes late.
First, I have to introduce you to all my friends. Then we have to
get you enrolled in school. No one under my care will go without
an education. Better yet, I'll teach you myself because you have
so much catching up to do. Finally, we need to go through town
and buy you anything you might need to be comfortable".

>When your parents didn't have you doing chores, they left you
