Hello,
My name Mr. Raimi Makri.  I work the Bureau of Public Debt Management in the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation, Nigeria.  Our Bureau reviews and verifies all pending and past due local and foreign debts owed by Federal Ministries and Extra-Ministerial Departments, upon which we order the National Bank to release and transfer such payments to the beneficiaries.  I have something very huge we can do together.  It involves usd4 million.

There is a file here whose purported owner is from your country.  We have tried since over 3yrs to contact or locate this individual, but all our efforts failed to yield anything positive.  Recently, I discovered the beneficiary data was fictitiously used in an attempt by former government officials to embezzle and siphon the fund out of the country.  Unfortunately, they didn't complete the processing of the transfer before their party was booted out of office.  So, nobody would ever come for this usd4 million.  It would remain here till one big official would just corner the fund as usual.  And the poor masses like me would continue to suffer.

Please, I want to work with you to claim the money.  I would provide you with all the documents in the contract file. With the documents, it would only take an affidavit claiming relation to the purported beneficiary of the payment; who gave copies of the documents to you before his death.  We get an attorney to obtain the affidavit and make formal application to our commission on your behalf for the contract payment.  Of course, I am in charge of the file and the attorney’s application would come to my desk; so, I would promptly approve and have it forwarded to the bank to release and transfer the fund to you immediately.
