These folks steal money via a scam pretending to sell Rag Doll Kitties.  They take your money but never send the kitties.

They operate websites like:

Most of these websites are now defunct as we slowly get them shut down.

The only way you can normally contact them is via their web form.  Rarely do they post a phone number or an address.  The form is normally responded to via a G-Mail address.  If you ask to speak to them, they are known to use Google Voice to communicate with you.

They ultimately request payment via Zelle or Western Union.  If they use Western Union, they request the money be sent to Tyson Smedt in Pennsylvania.

They claim they will ship you the cat after they send you pictures of the cat you want.  The verbiage in their e-mails normally look like this:

Flight will be $150 for both , if that’s fine by you then all we need now is your complete shipping details in the order below which will enable us to prepare the transfer of ownership document and also to register the kittens for shipping
