Prolific SPAMMER on Bird.com, Inc. / SparkPost Elite network.  Sender uses SalesForce, SendGrid, Bird.com, Spark Post Elite, AWS, and other services to send UCE / Phishing e-mails.

When the SPAMMER users Bird.com network, abuse reports are never acknowledged.

When the SPAMMER uses SalesForce, SendGrid, or other similar service, the provider acknowledges the report, and, then takes action.  The SPAMMER changes tactics and modifies the domain name and IP and continues again.

It is highly recommended to add the IP's and domains below to to your RBL.
