  3. As a preface, two Jojolities, each graded out of 5, tends to land slightly lower scores from me because the scale is collapsed from 10 to 5 and I can’t really give halves lest I sum to a fractional number. Rather I tend to look at these as a fudge factor as to whether to round up or down, one Jojolity’s performance potentially shoring up the other.
  4.
  5. Both CdK and EEP last had a Philosophy Jojolity in M20, and as opposed to their superior chrome and steel, I am but a broken record: Philosophy Jojolities look to “primarily mechanical plays to reify and support the strat’s definition of the philosophy given,” with mechanical plays referring to how much (aka how ‘robustly’) they affect the tactics and strategy used.
  6.
  7. For working out, CdK found ways to incorporate various exercises into their tech, a solid integration earning a solid 3/5. With regards to embodying strength, nothing particularly stood out. There are arguments to be made for the biceps curls, Rocco creaming Seymour’s spinach, Diane’s tire rolls, and the climbing wall collapse, but these are scattered and don’t strongly frame themselves as for the Jojolity nor mechanically distinguish themselves from how the strat might have work with a different Jojolity. 2/5, for a final score of **5/10**.

  9. EEP takes a similar approach to the workout Jojolity as CdK, coding various techs as different exercises, being less slightly specific/consistent towards the end, but resulting in a more cohesive product, ~3/5. However, the definition of strength as “overwhelming presence/force” makes itself manifest through Errok T-Posing to ward off his opponents outside of melee range, Seymour tilling the earth, then EEP playing blaseball (baseball horror) with CdK with tosses greater than what they could give. ~4/5, but the strength of the strength jojolity and the narrative of the workout jojolity bumps up the final score to 8/10.

  15. Will be doing as I usually do in these situations and dividing each teams's jojolity score into half based on both. For the first, there's a huge amount of flavor going into each tech in phrasing it as an excercise routine. It definitely stops being as big of a force in the latter half of the strat as in the first, but I definitely noticed the effort here, and you guys get a pretty easy 4/5 here from me.
  16.
  17. As for the second, showing strength is definitely more of a conceptual jojolity, and a lot of different things here could count. Certainly Errok's posturing does count a good deal, but I think there's also a certain strength in limitting Midori's consumption to grass for as long as you do. All in all, strong plays, and even if they're somewhat sparse in comparison to the above I can't find too much wrong with what's here. 3/5, leading to a 7 total!
  18.
  19. As above for EEP, so below for CDK. There's definitely flavor at the first few sections of the strat focusing on an excercise flavor, and use of the equipment is, again, very fun, but I didn't notice too much here past that. A 3/5 then!
  20.
  21. I'll repeat what I said for EEP in that embodying strength can mean a lot of things, and it can be easy to just sort of put that in a strat without really trying. Unfortunately, I don't see too much here that came across as really embodying the concept. I won't discard the fact that a lot here is powerful indeed, but I feel I would have seen these same things in any strat. A 2/5, for a total of 5!

  25. Alright, onto Jojolity.
  26.
  27. EEP: There is exercise. Quite a lot in fact! Flavoring the strat as a “Stand-robics” tape is an interesting and creative take towards the jojolity, and helps to direct the strategy towards the exercise jojolity, and gets a 9. As for strength, that is also being noted throughout the strat through tech plays such as Errok using their strength to vault away, and by surrounding their opponents with Seymour’s vines and Errok, as well as implicitly like Errok’s opening sweep - . I’d say this gets a 7. Altogether, the average of these scores would provide this strategy with an **8**.
  28.
  29. CDK: There is exercise. They go a similar route as EEP, with less focus on the flavour side of things. Their Strength plays are similar in that they are much more far and inbetween than they could have been - the entire first section only really having one or two for each. The Tank Tops and their robustness is noted (and the Getting Over It reference was funny) but overall it averages to a **5**.
