ARTICLE I - Name
The name of this organization shall be The Bitcorn Foundation. It may be referred to in this Cornstitution and in the Bylaws of the Foundation as The Bitcorn Foundation, Bitcorn Foundation, the Foundation, or this Foundation.

ARTICLE II - Purpose
The purposes of this Foundation are fivefold:
(a)  To establish a cornmunity amongst farmers of nurturing mind.
(b)  To establish and maintain an aristocracy of blockchain learning, consisting of the finest minds and ablest artists around the world.
(c)  To diffuse culture through art and encourage nobility through word.
(d)  To evangelize BITCORNS as being the moistest meme on the internet. (It is known.)
(e)  To drive away dry memes and replace them with moisture-soaked ones.

ARTICLE III - Membership
Section 1.	Membership in the Bitcorn Foundation shall be determined by the cornmunity. The privileges and responsibilities of Membership in the Bitcorn Foundation include approving and disapproving cards submitted to the Foundation, amongst other things.
Section 2.	The Bitcorn Foundation shall consist of Dan Anderson (permanent Member) and two (2) elected farmers from within the cornmunity.
Section 3.	Term of Membership shall last one harvest cycle.

ARTICLE IV – Election of Members
Section 1.	Membership shall be open to anyone willing to campaign. A farmer must choose to run for Membership in the Bitcorn Foundation by filling out a platform at bitcorn.org
Section 2.	CROPS.VOTE(#) tokens are distributed to all CROPS owners on a 1:1 basis. Votes are cast by burning CROPS.VOTE# tokens to a voting address. Total votes burned are tallied at a predetermined block height.
Section 3.	No Member of the Bitcorn Foundation shall be removed from office before the expiration of their term except for cause as determined by Dan Anderson.
Section 4.	If for any reason a Member must vacate their seat on The Bitcorn Foundation, the remaining two Members shall select a successor who shall serve for the unexpired portion of the vacated term.

ARTICLE V – Emblems
Section 1.	The official color of the foundation shall be maize.
Section 2.	The official food of the Foundation shall be corn.
Section 3.	The official body part of the Foundation shall be the ear.
Section 4.  This isn't a joke.

ARTICLE VI - Bylaws
Section 1. Bylaws that do not cornflict with this Cornstitution may be adopted by the Bitcorn Foundation Members at any time, and Bylaws may be amended or repealed in the same manner.

ARTICLE VII – Amendments
This Cornstitution may be amended by Dan Anderson.
