  1. Drills Used:
  2.
  3. Catch Up: Both arms up in front of shoulders (just a little apart from streamline). One arm pulls at a time.
  4.
  5. Mustard: aka 3/4 Catch Up, Same as Catch-up, but next pull starts when recovering hand is at head. Basically it's a cheater's catch-up.
  6.
  7. Progressive Catch Up: Start catch-uping and with each stroke, glide less until you are sprinting free at the end of the length. Continuous shoulder rolling.
  8.
  9. Tarzan: Regular free, but with head completely out of water; don't shake your head.
  10.
  11. Six-Kick Switch: One arm up, one down. Kick six times while tilted so that the down arm is out of the water and the up arm is just submerged. After six kicks, pull with up arm and recover with down so that you finish the way you started, but on the other side. Make sure to look down and breath *after* switching.
  12.
  13. Triple Switch: Same as Six-Kick Switch but with three strokes instead of one.
  14.
  15. Single Arm: Right arm first lap, left arm next. Roll shoulders. Non-Stroking arm should be down. Breath to the non-stroking side.
  16.
  17. Fist: Just like normal swimming but your hands are clenched.
