Snap’s latest survey software release, Snap 11, has been designed to give customers all the professional tools they need to create, manage and analyse, online, paper and mobile.

We’ve added a host of new features.
New design features

It’s now easier than ever to create professional looking surveys.

    New questionnaire templates for online, paper, mobile and kiosk surveys.
    New question styles including semantic scale and grid, map and slider.
    12 new colorable progress indicators, and 28 new colorable navigation buttons.
    5 new smiley slider designs, drag slider and people counter.
    New and updated interactive images – five and ten star rating scales, gender, updated UK map, and US regions and states.
    Choose from a palette of custom colours, and show character counter for open ended boxes.
    Updated sample questionnaires illustrate some of the advanced survey features available in Snap 11.
    Improved file attachment using our Attachit service enables participants to upload documents or images.

We’ve made enhancements to Snap WebHost, our online survey management and reporting platform:

    The Snap WebHost user interface has been redesigned, making it easier for you to manage surveys.
    Adaptive questionnaires mean you can now deliver the best possible survey experience across a range of devices, with versions of your survey designed specifically for differing screen sizes.
    It’s even easier to purchase Cint™ panel samples in WebHost, and we’ve added more options for you to specify exactly which groups you want to interview.
    Questionnaires can now include facilities for respondents to upload files (e.g. photos or documents).
    Analysis and reports are now available online for Snap Mobile Anywhere surveys on iPhone, iPad, Android, and Windows smartphones and tablets.
    The new group questionnaire feature means you can repeat the same questionnaire, but with a different subject each time – perfect for course evaluations, clinical trials, product testing or 360 degree feedback.
    By using a single questionnaire, analysis is much simpler too.
    We’ve also further enhanced security and compliancy.

Get a quick heads-up on your analysis with our new instant reports, automatically updated with new responses, and available in Snap WebHost for easy sharing:

    Start your analysis with a Questionnaire Report.
    See results in more detail with a Summary Report.

Use your own commentary and analysis to create dynamic Smart Reports. Individual logins can be allocated to key clients and colleagues, with results tailored specifically to them. Set permissions to view specific analyses and reports, and configure analyses on the fly.
Smart Report features include:

    Analyse results in context. For example, where surveys have been carried out in multiple locations, the report can be tailored to show results for a single location compared to results from all other locations.
    Conditionally include analyses or commentary. For example, only show sections if enough replies are received, or if the section relates to a particular context.
    A pre-written plan of action. For example, where survey results indicate the subject of the report is underperforming in particular areas, appropriate recommendations for improvement can be shown in the report.
    Colleagues or clients can log in to view analyses specific to their area of interest.

We’ve also added:

    Word cloud analysis – quickly and engagingly summarize open ended / freetext responses.
    Table, chart and graph styles including bubbles, box plot, XY scatter and Radar 2D charts.
