Old Route:
Enter Dragon Roost Cavern
 Get Grappling Hook
 Savewarp, Go get Bosskey
 Defeat Gohma, leave DRC
 Learn wind's requiem, Super swim to Greatfish
 Greatfish -> Windfall, Bombs
 Windfall -> Forest Haven, Leaf, FW, Farore's Pearl
 Forest Haven -> Outset -> Place Din's Pearl, Nayru's Pearl
 Outset -> Place Nayru's Pearl and Farore's Pearl.

New Route:

 Learn wind's requiem, Super swim to Greatfish
 Greatfish -> Windfall, Bombs
 Windfall -> Forest Haven, Leaf, FW, Farore's Pearl
 Forest Haven -> Outset -> Place Farore's Pearl, Nayru's Pearl
 Outset -> Place Nayru's Pearl
 Super Swim to Dragon Roost, re enter DRC
 Boss Key Skip, Defeat Gohma, leave DRC
 Super Swim and place Din's Pearl

Differences:

1. You place the Goddess Pearls in a different order because the lack of Din's Pearl when going to Outset for the first time.

2. Going back to DRC after getting the other 2 Goddess Pearls allow us to have the Deku Leaf in Dragon Roost Cavern. Because we have Deku Leaf Early, we are able to skip the boss key.

The route is tied compared to getting the Boss Key and completing DRC in 1 trip. But in return, Greatfish is 7 minutes earlier in the run.
