KH2FM LV1 CM Data Org Faq

Q. Why the Japanese Version? And why does it have English voices?

A. It's KH2FM. It was only released in Japan. If you want to know the differences between KH2 and KH2FM google it. The English release for KH2FM is KH2.5 which also includes BBSFM and cutscenes from Re:Coded. And it has English voices because they liked the English voices compared to the Japanese voices.

Q. What is a Data Org RTA?

A. It's pretty much a boss rush in which you fight all XIII Data Organization members in one go. Any order is allowed for this category, but having Xaldin first is a must if you want the DM Skip all the time.

Q. Why do you die to Luxord in the beginning?

A. To manipulate Xaldin's RNG to get him to do a certain attack pattern that allows you to get the DM Skip consistently. There are other factors that go into this like not spawning enemies while entering the Garden of Assemblage and having the Highest Ribbon and 3 Ribbon +'s equipped.

Q. Why do you restart the console after dying?

A. You need to restart the console to restart the RNG for the DM Skip.

Q. What does RTA mean?

A. RTA = Real Time Attack

Q. What does DM mean?

A. DM = Desperation Move

Q. Which DM's can be skipped and why don't you do a DM skip for this fight?

A. Every fight except Demyx and Final Xemnas's DM can't be skipped. DM Skip for Luxord is a lot slower compared to going through the DM since the damage out put at LV1 is very low so his time gauge goes down very slowly. Vexen's DM Skip at LV1 is just too risky and barely saves time. Either way, we don't do DM Skips for fights in which it is riskier or if it's slower.

Q. What is RV?

A. RV = Revenge Value. It's a hidden counter/mechanic in the game in which after a certain number of hits, a boss will "force revenge" However somethings don't add RV or add RV but don't cause them to "force revenge"

Q. What is "force revenge"?

A. Force Revenge is after a boss reaches a certain number of hits, he'll retaliate immediately. Like Marluxia teleporting after a combo.

Q. Why do you pause when entering a drive especially for 2.5?

A. We pause buffer to stop enemy movement since enemies still move when drives are loading.

Q. What does the number above Sora's head mean in the Marluxia fight?

A. It represents the LV you are and how many hits it takes to die.

Q. How do you get the crown on Sora's head?

A. You need to get 3 proofs(in any order) which you get from The XIII Mushrooms, Terra, and the Data Battles. Going from Bronze>Silver>Gold.

Q. So what does the crown on Sora's head do?

A. Absolutely nothing. It's just for looks/bragging rights.

Q. Can you get the gold crown at LV1?

A. Yes and no. You can do it by either stat boosting Donald's magic to 65 or stat boosting Sora, both of which aren't allowed. It's not possible with pure LV1 stats since 3 Mushrooms(V, VII, and X - Agrabah, TT, and PR) are impossible

Q. Can you use stat boosts?

A. You can use AP Boosts, but Power Boosts, Magic Boosts, and Defense Boosts are not allowed.

Q. Why not use (insert keyblade here)?

A. Because it's not useful in this category and will make the fight slower.

Q. Is there a LV99 Data Org?

A. No and there shouldn't be. It just doesn't seem like a category to be really taken seriously atm. It's fun to watch but there's not much of a challenge compared to a LV1 Data Org.
