  1. The Kingdom Hearts 2 Final Mix Boss/Enemy 1 Hour Challenge

  3. The goal is to accumulate as many points as possible from the items/objectives below in one hour. Some rules to note:
  4. - ***This is boss/enemy randomizer.***
  5. - You must finish as close to as 1 Hour as possible.
  6. - As of Season 4, 1 Hour Challenge now goes by Loadless time instead of RTA. Please obtain the loadless timer here: https://discord.com/channels/712837252279173150/811888805379309599/959018734473871360
  7. - You are allowed to end 5 minutes early. Any finish earlier than 0:55:00 is counted as a DQ.
  8. - You are penalized for every full minute past the 1:00:00. The amount penalized is calculated as follows: 5 * 2^x, where x = full minutes past 1:00:00.
  9. - You cannot enter Final Fights past 1:00:00.
  10. - Once you enter final fights, you are not allowed to do any other content. Once final fights are completed, you are not allowed to restart your timer or load a save.
  11. - The latest version DA's Tracker is a requirement for this race
  12. - In addition, all checks *must* be autotracked. If a check has to be tracked manually, you may only do so once you find the check and it did not autotrack. You may never put checks you haven't found in your tracker, and your tracker must be on-screen at all times.
  13. - As of Season 6, override_enemies.yaml and override_locations.yaml must be in the same folder as your seedgen.
  14. - This is to allow Boss/Enemy to accommodate for 1 Hour specifically
  15. - As of Season 3, 1 Hour Challenge is now *PC ONLY*
  16. - The autosave and soft reset mods are required. You may only soft reset if you're softlocked.
  17. - In the event of a tie, the order first is the number of important checks, and if that ties, it's the closest to finish to 1 hour.

  19. As of Season 6, 1 Hour Challenge must have the 1 Hour Companion Mod ABOVE everything else in OpenKH. This mod includes:

  21. - Original Faster Oogie Boogie (1st phase only)
  22. - Final fights skips right to engine core
  23. - Extra GoA functionality
  24. - Num's Better Boss Scaling mod
  25. - Kayya's Remove OC Pete Timer mod
  26. - Drive Orb in 100 Acre Wood
  27. - STT and TT portal skips straight to the Data fight

  29. Point tallies:
  30. As of Season 4, point tallies have been completely revamped, and everything is done by the tracker now. Here are the point tallies used in the generator:

  32. Proof Point Value: 15
  33. Forms Point Value: 9
  34. Magic Point Value: 7
  35. Munny Pouch Point Value: 9
  36. Summon Point Value: 5
  37. SC & OM Point Value: 5
  38. Torn Page Point Value: 5
  39. Ice Cream and Namine's Sketches Point Value: 5
  40. Bonus Level Points: 5
  41. World Completion Points: 10
  42. Form Level Points: 3
  43. Normal Boss Defeated Points: 5
  44. Final Xemnas Arena Boss Defeated Points: 100
  45. Absent Silhouette Defeated Points: 10
  46. Data Boss Defeated Points: 20
  47. Sephiroth Defeated Points: 30
  48. Lingering Will Defeated Points: 50
  49. Death Penalty Points: 0
  50. Set bonuses: Ansem Reports - 40, Magics - 10, Summons - 5, Torn Pages - 25, Munny Pouches - 20, Proofs - 15

  52. - If you defeat a boss in an Absent Silhouette, Data, Sephiroth, or Terra arena, you gain bonus points equal to what the original boss was worth there.
  53. - Ex. Completing Sephiroth arena is 30 points
  54. - The exception to this is the Twin Lords arena and Dark Thorn arena.
  55. - Twin Lords Arena: Sum of Bosses x 2
  56. - Dark Thorn Arena: Sum of Shadow Stalker and Dark Thorn bosses x 2
  57. - Data Final Xemnas is also an exception, but it will always be the Data arena bonus x2 (so 40 points, 20 points per arena).
  58. - You may only get points from a special arena *once*. "Farming" an arena is not allowed.
  59. - Entering Land of Dragons Throne Room = 30 points, 15 points if done with Shan-Yu Skip
  60. - Completing a minute-timed survival fight = 10 points
  61. - As of Season 5, completing 5 out of 7 objectives opens the Promise Charm path.

  63. As of Season 6, all cumulative points collected during a seed is autotracked by the tracker. The only manual math needed to be done are any incurring penalties at the end of the seed.
