if u dont like momentum playstyle u can take ragefire instead of momentum if ragefire does at least 4-5% in overall.
brings good legion memories from s1-s2 and 7.2.5 patch.

own research. i tried to make the best ST build for raid and with highest simc. it has also higher AOE sim than 1st build, but it doesn't have dmg all the time. also big mention is this dont require any fel rush press :)

When should i Spirit Bomb \ Soul Cleave?
With frailty rework im prioritazing to stack as much DR as possible than anything else, SB costs 40 fury \ SC 30 fury, my rules:
- Always SB on x5 souls ST \ AOE.
- ST. Always SC unless above rule.
- AOE. If up to 5 targets then always SC, if 6 targets and more then SB only cuz SC can hit max 5 targets means u cant stack frailty on big pulls on some mobs, on pull setups i usually press SB to gather mobs cuz they're usually not in front too.
