Obito Draft

Character Name: Obito Uchiha

SPECIAL: Intangibility - Obito is able to transport his body into the space-time dimension as long as its empty, causing him to phase through solid objects in the real world at the cost of 10 chakra per second. He is unable to use this in the space-time dimension.

Jutsu 1: Rinnegan (Utility)- Obito activates his rinnegan, which switches his moves to a more defensive moveset and grants him the power to sense.

Jutsu 2: Chakra Rod (Melee) - 1-2 tile. Obito stabs the enemy infront of him with a chakra rod, dealing 15 damage and canceling their chakra regen for 5 seconds. (Cause it wouldn't be Obito without this move amirite)

Jutsu 3: Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu (Projectile) - Fires a fireball projectile forward that inflicts burn. Holding the button instead uses Fire Style: Bomb Blast Dance.
+Jutsu 3: Fire Style: Bomb Blast Dance (Projectile) - Fire a spiraling flame that engulfs the enemy, keeping them locked in place for 5 seconds and inflicting them with a burn status.

Jutsu 4: Kamui Shuriken (Projectile) - Obito fires out shurikens retrieved from his space-time dimension at the enemy. If used in the air, he will fire them diagonal towards the ground.

Jutsu 5: Space-Time Migration (Utility) - Pressing the button makes Obito grab the enemy infront of him and teleports them into the space-time dimmnsion. Holding the button makes Obito channel for 2 seconds to go into the space-time dimension, anyone within 1 tile range is also brought along with him.

~Rinnegan Moveset~

Jutsu 1: Sharingan (Utility) - Obito activates his sharingan, which switches his jutsus to a more offensive moveset and grants him a boost in reflex.

Jutsu 2: Chakra Rod (Melee) - 1-2 tile. Obito stabs the enemy infront of him with a chakra rod, dealing 15 damage and canceling their chakra regen for 5 seconds.

Jutsu 3: Universal Pull/Almighty Push (Melee) - 5 tile. Obito pulls the enemy towards him, if held he instead pushes them 5 tiles away from him in a 3 tile AoE.

Jutsu 4: Chakra Absorb - Obito absorbs ninjutsus with this active, if an enemy is infront of him, he instead starts draining their chakra to regain his own. The stance lasts for 5 seconds and he absorbs 10 chakra per second while this is active.

Jutsu 5: Summoning: Gedo Mazo (AoE) - After a 2 channel time, Obito summons the Gedo Mazo statue on his tile, while it's active, the statue strikes any enemies within a 10 tile range at a 10 second delay, dealing 20 lightning damage per strike. While this statue is up, any jinchuriki within the range also has their chakra slowly depleted by 5 per second.
