  24. IC and Pentagon execs recommend removal of Adm. Rogers. Carter/Clapper use dual-hat reorganization as pretense to demote him to head of USCYBERCOM and seize control of NSA programs in advance of election. They intend to use intelligence gathered under FISA as opposition material for HRC.

  52. Adm. Rogers term is up in April. He presents FISA court information to Trump confirming that campaign was wiretapped under Obama administration in exchange for continued NSA leadership. Trump tweet confirms existence of first FISA request in July and second in October.

  55. Comey testifies that there is no information supporting Trump wiretap allegations. Trump knows this is false due to FISA court evidence provided by Adm. Rogers. Trump decides to wait until opportune moment to dismiss Comey.
