  1. cognitive behavioural therapy is only beneficial if you don’t have PTSD or else it’s just incredibly painful knowing that you already know these things and they’re doing the cognitive behavioural therapy to keep you sharp but it just causes discomfort from already knowing and having to deal with the fact that you experiencing useless delay

  3. not to mention my OCD and the fact that I’ve practised memory training and memory palace techniques to keep my mind in sharp as possible all they do is damage me with the redundancy and stress and frustration which is more damaging than the cognitive behavioural therapy supposed to be beneficial which means they’re just destroying me slowly with therapy and I just get to stay chemically castrated so that I won’t have any problems and I won’t get better since they think this cognitive therapy is necessary

    1. that’s the reason why I do the same same but different and make myself remember the scenes and videos when I’m on YouTube everything that they do is just a cosmic frustration I can do the therapy myself and play memory games and do puzzles to keep myself sharp like I have been my entire life it’s just people trying to find something to do so they can do it badly
