A. Publicly Accessible Data from the FACEIT Data API
The Extension accesses data made publicly available by the FACEIT platform through the official FACEIT Data API. This information is visible to any user of the FACEIT website and includes:

Player Statistics: Match history, recent win rate, Kill/Death (K/D) ratio, Average Damage per Round (ADR), and Elo/Skill Level.

Match Room Information: The list of player IDs and their associated public nicknames in your current lobby.

We do not collect or store any of this public data on our own servers. The data is processed in real-time within your browser to generate the Smurf Score and is not transmitted to us.

B. Data Collected by the Extension (Non-Personal)
The Extension stores minimal non-personal data locally on your device (using the Chrome browser's local storage):

Extension Settings: Your preferred interface settings, alert thresholds, and theme preferences.

Usage Logs (Optional): We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data (e.g., how often the scan button is clicked, error reports) to improve the Extension's performance and fix bugs. This data cannot be used to personally identify you.

We do not collect, store, or transmit any sensitive personal data, such as your name, email address, IP address, or FACEIT login credentials.

2. Our Use of the FACEIT Data API
We utilize the public FACEIT Data API under the legal and published terms for developers provided by FACEIT.

Legal Purpose: We use the API solely for the legitimate, intended purpose of the Extension: to access publicly available player statistics for the explicit function of an anti-smurf detection utility, which directly benefits the end-user.

Compliance: We acknowledge that the FACEIT API is public and open for developers to use for legal purposes, such as enhancing the user experience on the FACEIT platform. Our use of this API is non-commercial (not for sale of data) and strictly for the benefit of the user, in full compliance with the principles of fair use of public data.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not share, sell, or disclose any data collected or processed by the Extension with any third parties, except as required by law.

No Sale of Data: We do not sell any information (personal or non-personal) to advertisers or any other third parties.

4. Data Security and Retention
Security: Since the Extension primarily operates within your local browser environment and accesses only public data, the security of your account credentials remains under the protection of FACEIT and the Chrome browser.

Retention: Any minimal settings data is retained locally on your browser until you uninstall the Extension or manually clear your browser data for the Extension.

5. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store personal data that could identify you, user rights pertaining to personal data access, deletion, or modification must be addressed to the platform that holds the original data (i.e., FACEIT).
