    Neon Peppermint ~ Commission Terms of Service

1.) The displayed prices are BASE PRICES and are subject to change with added complexity, color, clothing, and other add-ons.

2.) The artist reserves the right to turn any customer away for ANY reason.

3.) Payments must be paid up front and in full. L-term items may be eligible for a payment plan. If the artwork is completed before ALL the payments have been received, I reserve the right to withhold the artwork until it is paid.

4.) Critique may be given at any stage of the art. Changes may be made at no cost during sketch phase. Once I have moved on to ink and color, changes may be made at cost of complexity.

5.) If the client wishes to cancel the commission after I have began work, you will be issued a partial refund. I will keep a portion of the pay according to the amount of work done. If the client cancels the commission and asks for no refund, none will be issued after that point. If the client wishes to transfer the art, it cannot be transferred back or refunded.

6.) The artist reserves the right to issue a refund for any reason at any time. Reasons for this happening can include; rudeness from the client, at-home problems, client's failure to communicate clearly.

7.) The client is allowed to ask for updates at any time. However, if you ask for updates outside of my work times, I may not respond as quickly as I would during work hours, and may not be able to send a visual update. My work times change often in accordance with my other job, and generally is posted on my socials.

8.) I WILL NOT draw these materials: scat/piss/farts, foot fet, hyper, babyfur/diaperfur, zoophilia/ beastiality, incest, rape or anything considered non-con, and Pedophilia. Gore, body horror, and transformation is accepted on a case-by-case basis.

9.) The artist reserves the right to post ALL created artwork in online galleries and social media fronts.

10.) The client may not profit from the traditional resale of the image(printed, not digital). The image cannot be printed and sold. Printing for personal use is acceptable. This does not apply to images specifically bought for commercial use.

11.) The client may upload the artwork to their own personal galleries, but credit must be given to the artist and posting the work without a watermark or signature is not allowed.

12.) The artwork may not be altered and re-posted by any other artists without credit back to me for the original work. I do NOT release original files. Original files are kept for a minimum of a year before I destroy them, I can make any paid edits as long as I still have the file.

13.) The artist may recycle any sketches or work that was dropped or rejected by the commissioner.

14.) The client must read and agree to all of the above terms of service. By sending payment, the client agrees to have read and understood these terms.
