  1. ROUTE 101
  2. - 12 Attack does 1 less damage, so always check if Zig's health bar is green
  3.
  4. LITTLEROOT TOWN
  5. - Mom heal is 4-5 seconds faster than Oldale Potion
  6.
  7. ROUTE 101
  8. - If you killed a Wingull, don't kill a L2 Poochyena/Wurmple here (better to hope for a L3 to get L8 for Aqua Pooch)
  9.
  10. ROUTE 102
  11. - L4 Poochyenas and Wurmples are almost always 3HKOs
  12. - Probably kill any 29+ exp Pokemon you see if your HP is high enough (1 for Ralts, 5 for Wurmples/Lotads, 8 for Pooches?)
  13. - Ralts cutscene: Don't need to mash until Wally starts talking again
  14.
  15. PETALBURG CITY
  16. - If you got experience, buy 4 Potions; if not, buy 5
  17.
  18. RUSTBORO GYM
  19. - Text boxes for receiving badge and TM39 clear themselves (don't mash)
  20.
  21. ROUTE 116
  22. - If you have partial exp. and Torrent at L15, it's faster to fight the Youngster and dodge the Hiker
  23. > Need to sell 1 Poke Ball to make shopping work
  24. > Alternatively, you could Repel as soon as the Youngster faces left, and only fight the Hiker if he hasn't spun
  25. - Text box for receiving Devon Goods clears itself
  26.
  27. RUSTBORO CITY
  28. - Text boxes for receiving Great Ball, Letter and Pokenav clear themselves
  29. - Shopping: If you bought 4 Potions, buy 3 X Speeds here
  30.
  31. DEWFORD TOWN
  32. - Deathwarping from Granite Cave saves ~2s (not counting time loss from Tentacool trainer)
  33. > Must use Potion on first Repel menu
  34. > Money loss doesn't matter
  35. > Unfortunately, Tentacool trainer never seems worth it
  36.
  37. GRANITE CAVE
  38. - Text boxes for giving Letter and receiving TM47 clear themselves
  39.
  40. SLATEPORT CITY
  41. - Text box for giving Devon Goods clears itself
  42.
  43. ROUTE 110
  44. - Rival 2:
  45. > At 37-38 HP and asleep, healing on Grovyle is probably correct, but it's a close play
  46. > If you miss the Wingull range and land on 2-3 HP, use a Potion before Tackling it
  47. - Text box for receiving Itemfinder clears itself
  48. - Fighting Abra first is never worth it
  49.
  50. MAUVILLE CITY
  51. - Deandre's Zigzagoon always dies to a -1 Mud Shot
  52. - Text boxes for receiving badge and TM34 clear themselves (don't mash)
  53.
  54. FALLARBOR TOWN
  55. - Bonk-into-house movement to get Nugget is barely faster if done perfectly
  56. - Shopping:
  57. > If you bought 4 Potions, buy 4 X Specials and 9 X Attacks, and don't sell Steel Wing
  58. > You can buy 1 more Super Potion if you really need it for Maxie 1
  59.
  60. RUSTURF TUNNEL
  61. - Text box for receiving HM04 clears itself
  62.
  63. MT. CHIMNEY
  64. - With perfect Mud Shot PP, use Mud Shot on Mightyena if you're dead to 3 Bites (<54 HP)
  65. > If -1 Mud Shots, use one only if dead to 2 Bites (<37 HP)
  66.
  67. LAVARIDGE GYM
  68. - Ideal HP for Flannery is 64+. Lower end is best with 1 MS left, and higher is best with 3 left
  69. > If you have 1 MS and a Super Potion, probably don't heal 46-63 HP, since you can use it during the fight, but you usually don't need to and can WG Camerupt
  70. - Order of items on Flannery: X Attack x5, Rock Smash, X Special x1-2, Great Ball, Poke Ball x5
  71. - Text boxes for receiving badge and TM50 clear themselves (don't mash)
  72.
  73. LAVARIDGE TOWN
  74. - Text box for receiving Go-Goggles clears itself
  75.
  76. DEWFORD GYM
  77. - Text boxes for receiving badge and TM08 clear themselves (don't mash)
  78.
  79. ROUTE 104
  80. - Desert candy Super Repel lasts through grass here if you used it on tile before rotator with 32-33 HP after Flannery
  81.
  82. PETALBURG GYM
  83. - Consider this path: http://pastebin.com/RyfCDv0v
  84. - X Attack on Vigoroth is basically as good as WG (since it's only ~0.9s slower, and WG crit is bad)
  85. - Norman: If you have ~71 HP on Spinda and are fully set up and confused, it's probably better to YOLO confusion than Heal Powder
  86. > If you hit yourself, Energy Root and try again. Same applies on Vigoroth
  87. - Norman: It's 3-4 seconds faster to WG+Strength Vigoroth if it's OK to give it a turn
  88. - Norman: If you're at +3/+0 on Vigoroth and dead to 2 hits, go for Mud Shot
  89. > If you get the range, heal and X Speed on Linoone (save a heal if Belly Drum)
  90. > If you miss the range, X Speed while he heals, then go for the range again (save a heal if you get it)
  91. - Norman: If you don't get either Defense drop, heal+MS+MS usually kills
  92. - Text boxes for receiving badge and TM42 clear themselves (don't mash)
  93.
  94. PETALBURG CITY
  95. - Text box for receiving HM03 clears itself
  96.
  97. ROUTE 118
  98. - Run-into-bike-into-bag manip the Bird Keeper
  99.
  100. WEATHER INSTITUTE
  101. - If you killed a Tentacool, consider candying one fight earlier, then pause manipping the spinner (safe if he's facing down; must wait and then bag manip if he's facing up)
  102. > Extra ~900 exp basically has the same effect as killing Tropius (can skip Mt. Pyre candy and fight Mossdeep singles)
  103. > If you kill Tropius, you can fight Mossdeep double
  104. - You can candy once to L34 if that allows to Strength one fewer Carvanha, but the time save is marginal
  105. - Text box for receiving Castform clears itself
  106. - If you have 16-18 HP after Shelly, you can skip the bed and be safe from Pelipper while maintaining Torrent through Fortree double. Works best with 10+ Strengths (you often use more)
  107. > Fortree double strat is Surf+SW Swellow, Surf+SW Pelipper, Surf
  108. > Saves 7 seconds if all goes well, but you often risk a few things (Ember burn, Pelipper crit, Swellow crit, Xatu Night Shade)
  109.
  110. ROUTE 119
  111. - Rival 3: If X Attacks are high, it doesn't matter which X item you use first (same # of inputs)
  112. - Text box for receiving HM02 clears itself
  113.
  114. FORTREE GYM
  115. - New Fortree double strat (courtesy of Tyrant/Sinstar):
  116. 1: Strength+SW Doduo
  117. 2: Strength Pelipper+SW Swellow
  118. 3: Surf+SW Swellow
  119. 4: Surf+SW Xatu
  120. - New double notes:
  121. > If you get Protect, it's probably an extra turn, but you can kill Pelipper+Swellow with Surf with an amazing Castform
  122. > Don't X Special if Swellow is one SW from death (it's 2s slower unless you miss)
  123. - Tropius Sweet Scent is extremely rare (~5%)
  124. - Text box for receiving TM40 clears itself
  125.
  126. MT. PYRE
  127. - If leading MS on Wailmer, Castform should target Poochyena with 47+ Sp. Atk. Close play with less than that
  128. - Text box for receiving Magma Emblem clears itself
  129. - Skip candy if you have Tropius exp.
  130.
  131. MAGMA HIDEOUT
  132. - If you got candy, use it on second Super Repel menu here
  133. - Swablu Torrent manip strat on Maxie 1 loses 17 seconds + exp.
  134.
  135. MOSSDEEP GYM
  136. - If you skipped candy, fight first two trainers as singles to get L43 for Lunatone
