  1. "Apollo" Showcase information:
  2.
  3. Expansion Name: Wastes of the Reverent
  4. - Newest Destination is located in the Kepler system, on the planet named Zvezda (named after the Slavic goddess)
  5. - this planet became a trash heap of timestreams due to Vex meddling, and is filled with ancient Human and Xeno technology
  6. - After the Whirlwind, Eliksni landed there and started to worship the Vex (thinking them more benevolent than the great machine), eventually creating a new religion. This gives us the first hybrid faction: Vex-Fallen (Named the Typhon)
  7.
  8. New Faction: Typhon
  9. - Typhon consists of of both NEW Vex units (acting as commanders and bosses) as well as classic Vex and Modified Eliksni (notably not all Fallen on the planet were transformed YET)
  10. - Example of a new Vex unit was given: Large Holographic Trident-like weapon wielding robot named "Siren". It is basically a "bard" and both heals friendly units and debuffs the enemies (like guardians)
  11. - there were few other shown, but not named. only visible on few of the screens
  12. - The Typhon have access to new form of Arc Energy, referred to as "Harmonic Arc"
  13.
  14. MAJOR update to Arc: Harmonic Arc
  15. - This is a more Darkness aligned Arc power, created in part through Corruption of the Pale Heart (possibly an Echo?)
  16. - This is a major update to Arc that gives it new powers as well as a new Mechanic called "Song of Harmony"
  17. - This mechanic Forces the player to use their abilities in specific orders to create powerful effects (it appears as a diamond shaped UI element, above the Super bar. may be WIP).
  18. - you need to use 3 abilities (refereed to as Notes) to create a "Song" which replaces the class ability until used. Example shown let a Hunter create a Ferro-fluid like pool, which blinded stronger and made the weaker attacked Eliksni into friendly NPCs that then destroyed the blinded combatant.
  19. - While Arc subclass is Harmonized (enabled on the subclass screen) you also gain access to Liturgys which can be slotted similar to Aspects, Those are shared between classes, with three coming with the first major update to WotR, and two more in the second.
  20. - one of the developers alluded to this being an early version of a new darkness power (tease for Behemoth?)
  21. - Colour and theme was referred to as "Liquid, being excited by the electricity.", lots of Ferrofluid like concepts, shows warlock with a trident?
  22. - "But who will teach us this power?"
  23.
  24. New Allies: Lodi & VII
  25. - Lodi is an AI placed into an Exoframe (weird to see?)
  26. - Apparently they have Landed at Kepler during the Collapse (There are few shots of the Anomaly from Vesper's Host shown, seems related to it?)
  27. - He is the leader of robots (they look like Braytech Frames, they wear cloaks, ponchos) they own Shard of the Echo of Harmony, which seems to have given them actual personalities (there is a large pylon shown, possibly the Gift Mast?).
  28. - The Typhon is shown to possibly own the Other part? (there is a tease of a larger Vex or Typhon frame.. seems to be able to make Radiolaria create waves?)
  29. - another character shown is "VII" with a very unique design, kind of like a Astral-Stone Doll? not much is mentioned other than the name and that they are connected to the Nine (IX).
  30.
  31. Last few things: Behemoth tease and Player housing!?
  32. - Player housing is teased for release in the third major update of the year together with codename: Behemoth (no proper name given yet?)
  33. - Will be in the Last City, which will be expanded upon over the year
  34. - There are few shots shown, most notably there are Framed weapons and wall full of Seals (Developers laugh that some players' walls may be entirely covered)
  35. - There is also Vault and Postmaster terminals shown.
  36. - Its hard for developers to say but unfortunately both XBOX One and PS4 support will stop after codename: Behemoth. They mention feeling limited and this letting them innovate further.
  37.
  38. Pre-order info for Wastes of the Reverent:
  39. - Pre-order comes with New Land Beyond, a remake-remaster of the old D1 classic, making it into more of a "Elephant" gun (Available together with Heresy Act 3 Release!) costs 29.99USD
  40. - There is also an Emote, Ghost shell and Emblem shown (with NLB ornament and catalyst coming with release, together with a Typhon themed Jumpship)
  41. - The Physical pre-order comes with a Vex Conflux lamp (that glows orange) as well as few figures representing each of the new Vex and Typhon units. There is supposedly a secret related to both lamp and figures (likely gives a collector's edition emblem as always)
  42. - the Annual Pass comes with: Wastes of the Reverent, "Behemoth" with its Pre-order bonuses closer to its release, all four season passes and goodies at Rahool. and costs 49.99
  43. - There is a quick tease for codename: Behemoth, mentioning old allies (shows a quick shot of Caiatl in new armour? Torobatl expansion finally!?)
  44.
  45. There was also a large section at the end about Marathon, with gameplay and other info, however to keep it brief and Destiny related, Pre-order for Marathon will include a Sparrow and an Emblem, which were shown (Marathon logo emblem and UESC styled, very geometrical sparrow)
