Noble Phantasms:
	Shake and Rattle- C-Rank Anti-Unit. These are two hoop snakes- extremely fast and venomous Phantasmal Beasts that are the North American relative of the Ouroboros or Tsuchinoko. Normally, Shake (the longer one) is used as a lasso, while Rattle (the fatter one) is used as a bullwhip. When called upon, the two roll at foes at lightning speed, lashing out in an attempt to spear them with their tails and deliver their venom. This venom is so toxic it can instantly wilt the oldest of trees. Even stones can be affected. Symptoms include painful swelling and death by heart failure.
	The Ragin' Cyclone Outta Nowhere- The Kansas Twister- an A-Rank Anti-Fortress NP. It's a tornado that Pecos Bill can mount and direct with ease. As his most famous feat, the twister is his most powerful Noble Phantasm in terms of damage.
	The Horse What Slew All Comers- Widowmaker- Pecos Bill's favorite horse, Widowmaker, kills anyone who tries to ride it aside from Bill. Widowmaker bucked Bill's fiance to the moon and she bounced back in the span of a day. Bill ended up having to shoot her to put her out of her misery. Widowmaker is a force to be reckoned with, even without Bill in the saddle, and is possibly the meanest and most dangerous horse this side of a Divine Beast.
	Home On The Range- A formless A rank noble phantasm, this is a latent ability. Pecos Bill was raised by coyotes, and by the time he grew up, he was the boss of every varmint on the Texas Prairies. He used rattlesnakes as whips and lassos, and rode mountain lions whenever Widowmaker took ill. Now that he's a Heroic Spirit, darn near every animal on the planet bends a knee and takes orders when Bill comes around. Their fierce loyalty to the meanest critter West of the Alamo leads to a supernatural change that lets them harm Servants just as easily as mundane foes.

Personality: The toughest critter on either side of the Rio Grande (which he dug), Pecos Bill fears nothing. He spent most of his life cleaning up Texas, California, Arizona, and New Mexico's outlaws, and is sad to see them tamed and overtaken by a different, far more evil sort of crooks- politicians. He has no respect for money, royalty, or those who inherit status or power- the best heroes are the ones who pull themselves up by their bootstraps. He might be gruff and rude, but the fact is he's a good person who's willing to go out of his way to do the impossible to help out those in need. All in all, hes' turned out pretty well for a guy raised by coyotes.
