1. One of the original 502 buds, you're a really chill dude and I have a lot of respect for you. Kind of miss when 502 races were a thing; you were one of the personalities who always made them a lot of fun. You were really friendly at SGDQ and I'm glad there's footage of a small bromance moment from my LADX run with us on the couch. I remember being tense and nervous as heck and the announcer yelling at me to fix my shit and me not hearing and you reachin over and givin a hand. Hope we can meet up again at a GDQ, it was a lot of fun having you with me as I discovered the American fast food chains in Airport District, Denver, Colorado. Still can't believe Sonic is a real thing or that a proper hot fudge sundae is actually hot; I've been missing out.

2. Hey dude. You're one of my older stream followers/viewers and my memory is real bad and I can't tell if you hanging out predates me being in the collective or not. Either way you're a real cool dude and always nice to have hanging out, in the top 5th percentile of my stream viewers, with legends like iceplug rowena19 and akusushi (shout outs to them they own and are appreciated)


3. I won't lie dude, we talked a lot early on when I was new and not quite 'in' yet with the speedrunning community and you were one of the very first/initial good friends I thought I made in the community that I was happy to be friends with and that meant a lot to me. You were one of the primary people hyping me up and making me feel that the SGDQ 2014 trip would be worth it (it was), and you were among the top few people I felt comfortable I'd be hanging with at the event. When SGDQ came around and I got maybe 10 mins total of quality time with you I was pretty miffed and felt dodged, and it still rankles a bit. I'm mostly over it and we still talk a good amount but I honestly can't figure out if you want to be my friend when otherwise you go out of your way to extend olive branches and invite me out to things that you really don't have to. I think we're decent buds though and you might just be extremely busy or you might just have introverted streaks and we never get our timings right, I'm really not sure.


4. Fellow goofy ass Canadian bud. Met you at SGDQ and knew who you were, pretty sure you had no idea who I was, I remember it distinctly: we're hanging outside in front of the main lobby of the hotel on the first day or so either going out to lunch or waiting for a bud to arrive from the airport shuttle and we were waiting for ivan to come out of the hotel with some shit he had to grab from his room and meet us. An African American lady comes out and you say "dang that isn't Ivan" and I said "could u imagine tho" and you completely lost your shit. It was a good time. You're a really funny dude and it was a pleasure hanging out with you in Denver; hope your Korean dreams are going well bud, it's been nice seeing snapshots of you fulfilling your dream on Twitter.


5. Yo Citrine, I already wrote a thing @ you but felt that skipping you in this would be cheating out of an entry so I'll just make an addendum of a thought I've always had: I think the setup you and Flare have is real cool and it's always something I've liked. I've seen a lot of dudes try to integrate their lady friends into their streams and, with few exceptions, it's either at best naively disrespectful or resulting in a real bad time w/ the kind of degeneracy you get due to a female visible on the internet or at worst a dude really transparently pimping out (for lack of better term) for viewers/traffic and it can be real reprehensible. The thing you two have going is really unique and breaks away from all of that and it just results into something really nice that I admire and one of the coziest stream atmospheres. I always get a lot of laughs hearing the from-across-the-room laughs at a funny joke said on stream. ++ to you and Flare for that. I hang out and lurk flare's/your stream and enjoy it a lot more than you guys are probably aware.

7. I've known you forever as far as internet friends go and you're genuinely one of the nicest and big hearted people I've known in my life and have the good hearted nature and kindness that I admire and look up to and attempt to emulate in myself. I really can't give enough praise about the quality of personality and character you possess to do you justice. I really wish I was able to do more (or anything at all really) to help you realize the dreams you have but all I'm really capable of is giving my poor situational advice and expressing the sentiment that I genuinely wish you the best and hope all of those endeavours succeed. Really sorry that recent things on my behalf have put a strain on us talking.


8. One of the very very few to make the transition from someone I knew as a regular group viewer to one of the group. You're really reserved and quiet and that's how I knew you for a long time in mumble/chats/twitter and it blew me away (and still does) when I see that personality willing to jump out to publicly call out or pop off on idiots in the community. A real treat whenever it happens, I enjoy it a lot. Cool dude, fellow Canadian.


9. One of my 502 buds. Don't take it the wrong way but initially I found you hella obnoxious but since then I've grown to you and we've had a lot of good races since then, it's been good times. Always willing to do races at a moment’s notice and aren't picky about the game or length either, a good dude to have


10. One of my favourite friends I've met in speedrunning. We always have lots of laughs regardless of whatever we're doing at the time; it could be a dumb blind race or just hanging out in mumble shooting the shit. You always embrace my goofy shit even when I make cracks that come a little bit at your expense and we just laugh a lot, it owns. We get along really well and you're a really good friend and I appreciate that a lot. Really easily top 5 collective/speedrun bud material. Sometimes I entertain the speedhouse fantasy and you're 1 of 3 people in the group I've befriended that I feel I’d get along with a lot and have an absolute blast being roomates with. SGDQ was really wonderful hanging out with you, especially near the end when you started coming out of your shell and we just had good times with the ribbedkilla crew. Definitely one of the top people I look forward to hanging out again with the most when the prospects of attending another GDQ come up.


11. This comes off the wrong way so don't take it that way but you have the funniest existence dude. You've done so many things and been in so many ridiculous situations that have had me losing my mind laughing that I've lost count. Probably the wackiest dude on my twitter and really nice and down to earth to boot. The oldest LADX bud I'm still in contact with (if it wasn't obvious it is now) who is a real good and fair dude and probably the only one I know offhand that can really sympathize with the frustration of a really nice, friendly and cozy community turning into a mess of cliquey hostile garbage with constant arguments and clashes of personalities.


12. We've been buds for a pretty long time relatively but we're not really close. We have a lot of laughs together and you've got a really infectious one, it's nice. We haven't talked as much as of late, partly because I disappeared, partly because you seem busy with other stuff which is cool. Your kindness kind of blew me away a while ago when I made a cryptic angsty-ass tweet about feeling down w/ health problems, family conflicts and other things and you reached out to me out of the blue despite almost no contact in months and us not being particularly close outside of being chums online asking me if I was okay or if there was anything you could do and it just blew me away; I'm not accustomed to having that sort of kindness and concern from others in my life. idk just that gesture really meant a lot to me I can't really explain it outside of that. Hanging out at SGDQ was a lot of fun dude


13. We don't really talk or know eachother at all other than from mutual friends, I think. You seem like a really kind and pleasant person that I know has to deal with a lot nonsense and gets down from time to time, which is something we share but it's kind of hard to reach out to people based on only that. I remember once you were having a real tough time IRL and had been lamenting a lot on it so I tried sending some good vibes your way on your ask.fm, I think and you got a bit weirded out wanting to know who it was – my bad.  I know you had a big falling out with some of my friends and I'm not sure or can't remember what happened to warrant that level of ire, but tbh I get the impression a chunk of it is my dudes being drama queens regardless of what drama/wrong you did. idk I just hope you feel less down you're a really nice person. In my experience.


14. We've been buds for a while and I consider us pretty decent friends which is neat because honestly dude I don't think we have a single thing in common. I kept trying to think of something and really it's hard coming up with one other than "video games" "the collective" but I don't think that really diminishes anything at all and it's pretty cool I feel as close to you as I do despite that. You're a really nice guy and not fake-nice even a little bit; even behind closed doors in private conversations you always do your greatest to see the best in people and I don't think you're capable of hating someone even a little. Another person I really wish and hope all the best for with all the endeavours you're in.


15. A really nice 502 bud and one of the few who survived the death of speedrunning (rip 198X - 2015). I don't really know a whole lot about you or talk to you a lot and I feel guilty for that but you always supported me when I was doing my thing on stream and in speedrunning so I try to return the favour. 16. Hey man. You're a real fun bud to have around and we have a lot of laughs together and some mad in all of the games we both play. I think I share more games in common with you than anyone else so that's pretty special I suppose. idk man I feel bad because I don't have a lot in particular to say here; you're a really good bud and we've played a lot of games together and shot the shit a lot in mumble and we get along really well with you laughin at the stupid shit I say or do. idk we're just good buds and there's not a whole lot more to it than that


17. LADX friend, pretty cool dude. I really liked that you have 0 patience for the nonsense that started going on in the community and would regularly be the one to put your foot down to tell people to settle arguments or to cut the garbage, also how when you were done doing that you distanced yourself from drama and didn't relish in it. Really nice and helpful dude (these words keep coming up when I need adjectives to describe my speedrun friends).


18. Hey dude. You may be the closest friend I have in the community insofar as people I feel comfortable talking about personal things with and just how connected I feel with you. You're definitely the only one I've gone into detail with and had personal heart to hearts about stuff and it still blows me away how many parallels there are in our situations and problems. I really can't overstate how much of a stand-up guy I think you are and how much respect and appreciation I have for you dude. You're a really good pal and I know you have dreams of your own but I bet being roommates with you would own a lot. I guess that's a weird as shit thing to say but I can't think of a higher praise that gives testament to how much I get along with and feel comfortable with someone - in that regard I feel a lot like kindred spirits with you. Hanging out with you at SGDQ was awesome and you were my favourite person I came out of the event that I ended up fostering a friendship with. Wish I had more avenues of interaction with you tbh, there's not a whole lot of ways our paths cross other than streams and irc. A good bit of why Mario Kart is appealing is it would be a way to play games with a bud I rarely get to do stuff otherwise with tbh. I could keep going but this is already getting longer than all the other entries without any of the fluff, but you're probably the most chill person I know and I'm really happy and proud to have you as a friend and confidant.


19. A dude I hadn't heard of before (sorry!) SGDQ and had no idea of who really quickly became someone that was a lot of fun to hang out with and probably the biggest unexpected bud I made at the event. We shared the funniest moment of that entire event which was the hardest I may have laughed ever, and still makes me smile a lot (if not giggling) whenever I think about it. Really cool person, I really hope we get to hang out again at a GDQ or something, the killasphere group was good times and Denver was awesome.


20. I don't think anyone in the community would have any qualms with me saying you are the most sincere and nice person in the 502 community. You're always willing to give your time and attention to help people out with whatever, have aided me and the others who tried tackling the task with organizing and running the speedrun marathons we've done or lended an ear for personal talks/issues. I know (I think?) sometimes you post about being down but I really hope you're aware of just how many friends you have in this community and how many people admire and appreciate those traits you have; there's a lot of people who think you're a really swell dude and support you and want to see you happy dude.


21. I think you might be the dude that I have the most respect for and the one I think has the highest quality of character in our group of buds (top 3 easily otherwise this stuff is hard to quantify). You might be aware or maybe not but I respect and look up to you a bunch and I know I'm not the only one with that sentiment when it comes to you dude, but you're way too modest to accept or acknowledge that. You're a really nice and quality person that I'm happy to be buds with and I always look forward to having a lot of races with you. You're the other dude I think would be a real fun time to be roommates with and I think we'd get along swell. I know you're unhappy with your situation right now and really hope you find a way out of that; it tickled me a lot to get a mention in your life pastebin, I hope in some small way me being a goofy idiot brightens your day a bit bud.


22. You're a really funny dude and it's always a pleasure having races and hanging out with you in mumble. I know you're at a crossroads in life where you're unsure of what to pursue in life and that you have to make the difficult choice of something you want to pursue but has really uncertain security vs a really secure setup you've expressed a lot of unhappiness with and it's a hard decision to make. I really hope whatever move you end up making works out for you dude and the words you had to say about me in your thingy really touched me. Trust be told I don't really shrug off stuff as easily as it apparently seems I do but messages like that really make me feel better about it.


23. I've known you for a really long time and we've been pretty cordial in that time and idk I don't have a lot in specific to say about you. You're a decent bud that I think I've shared over two dozen communities and subcommunities with over the years and I think you might have known me longer than anyone else included in this pastebin. We've been talking a bit less as of late and that trend might have to continue because of shit but idk man


24. I think I'm pretty confident in saying you're the oldest friend I have in the speedrunning community, and me knowing you predates speedrunning, dota, and most of the things I have in common with the rest of my current circle of friends in speedrunning. You're a really chill and funny dude and we get along really well and you're just a good solid friend. You're in the 3 collective dudes that I know without any doubt I'd have a blast living with, with that speedhouse idea that always gets tossed around. These entries are kind of hard because there's not a lot in specific I have to say - you're just a really solid friend that I've had a lot of laughs and game and mumble sessions with that I've known for years. Hanging out with you at SGDQ was a real blast and you've been really awesome about being the middle man and introducing me to new people in the community who have become friends and helping me out of my shell that way early on and I really appreciate that a lot dude.
