Timeless River Grind:  Clear out all windows and clear out all other areas (Pier, Dock etc.) then go back into the windows.  Repeat this loop as all heartless will respawn.

Land of Dragons Grind:  Still do full grind in the cave, but instead of warping out after clearing it out, go up into the summit area (Riku fight) and go back into the cave.  This saves a couple seconds on warping out and the heartless will always respawn.

Start in palace in master form and head for village > grab four chests on mountain climb on the way

Halloween Town Grind:  Clear out Candy Cane Lane.  Go into Santa's House and back out to spawn a ghost.  Go into Christmas Tree Plaza (experiment fight area) and back out to spawn a ghost.  Head to the Hinterlands and clear it.  Head to Curly Hill and clear it.  Perform this loop again in reverse order going back and forth like you did in Agrabah.  Repeat this loop as all heartless will respawn.

25 lucid stones (Graveyard/Toy Soldier/Wight Night)

Beast's Castle Grind:  Clear the West Wing, go into the lantern segment area and clear it, go into the thresholder fight area and clear it.  After this, take the back door back into the West Hall and then back into the West Wing.  Repeat this loop as all heartless will respawn.
