If it was a series, an episode where Flug gets upstaged by a competitor, maybe even a whole mall of evil. Of course Black Hat doesn't like business being cut, but in a rare case Flug actually gets heated up and inspired to make something catastrophically "evil".

Demencia thinks Black Hat is dating another woman and tries to murder her supposed competition.

A heroic type character is smitten with Demencia but unlike most is fully aware she is utterly unobtainable due to her easy to see crazed obsession with Black Hat.
Stalks her and the group regardless as it makes her all the more alluring. Cant find themselves to take down Black Hat due to how she cares for him.

An episode where Flug creates an alternate dimension portal gun (like the on in Rick and Morty) and Black Hat and co use to explore different version of their universe (like one where they're good guys/opposite selves) or other universes (like interacting with other CN cartoon universes).
Maybe they do this dimension-hopping to search for an eldritch abomination that Black Hat wants to capture and sell?

Black Hat has Flug create a an invention that that mixes your dreams with your current reality.

Black Hat intends to dream up the world as utter hell with him at the top but ends up waking to them being not as planned. As he continues to try and make them proper through methods of lucid dreaming it is then shown that 505 and Demencia are doing shit near him while he sleeps that have a subconscious effect on him while he sleeps.

Black Hat seeks to corrupt the entire internet with an eldritch malware virus but shit goes wrong and it ends up eating nothing BUT other viruses and malware. Flug is ordered to come up with an anti malware program that can seek and destroy the abomination before the internet is completely cleansed of viruses and malware.

demencia and 5.0.5 are bored one day and decide take off flug's bag while he's sleeping.
we never see whats underneath, but for the rest of the episode demencia is completely smitten and 5.0.5 is absolutely terrified, so much so that he runs to blackhat for comfort
shenanigans with this set up continue for a few episodes until blackhat is curious enough to see what the fuss is about. he orders flug to take off the bag and he almost does but 5.0.5 picks up blackhat and runs away screaming before its revealed

A legion of Doom type organization asks Black Hat to leave arms dealing and actively pursue world domination with them

They're desperate for his return and try to upstage the Legion of Doom with a bigger scheme

Demencia is sent on a mission to seduce a heroic guy and has to pretend very badly that she's interested.

The dreams of 505, Flug, and Demencia are explored, at a later point, Black Hat sees his cohorts are sleeping and at first is angry and nearly wakes them up but then decides to mesh all of their dreams together and add a little of own "dream" to be a dick.

A possible season finale where a group of heros bands together to try and defeat Black Hat. An epic fight ensues and the heros actually manage to put up a decent fight, but Black Hat goes full Eldritch abomination and BTFOs/mind rapes them or something. It ends with 505 and Flug scared shitless but Dementia is still enamored by BH, since seeing him reck others is one her fetishes.

Black Hat and Flug are advertising a new gadget that multiplies the amount of matter in something till it inevitably explodes.
Dementia ends up eating it cause it looked tasty and they have to fix her before she expands to the point of demolishing and destroying Black Hat's entire estate.

Not a specific episode idea but a great Easter egg would be if they had Dr.Flug and Black Hat take customer service calls throughout the season that are clearly making references to other show's villains

Black Hat wakes up to find himself in a world where he is now a heroic figure of justice and must find a way back to his old life/reality while his compulsive and sudden urges to do good keep messing up any attempt get back to his evil home.

Black Hat sets up a special 90% off sale on all merchandise, the catch is all buyers must make it to the center of his dangerous lair within the next 30 minutes.

Black Hat and Dr. Flug are advertising a new invention when one of them goes off and erases 505 from existence. The two must work to find a replacement as they realize all the other versions are also being erased as a residual effect across the multiverse.

"Black Hat is Served"

Black Hat opens up a restaurant to try out a new addictive and memetic recipe to gain a legion of slaves, but things go south when 505 and Demencia end up adding extra ingredients that make the customers quite the handful to deal with.

"Dementia 14"

After messing up a very important blueprint for a new invention, Dementia begins to hide it from everyone else to avoid the consequences.

"Evil is in the Air"

>After a botched mind control pheromone test, Black Hat uses some of his own essence to fix the pheromone. This ends up making 505, Dr. Flug and Demencia think they are him and Black Hat must figure out a cure before they try and "fix" the "fake" Black Hat.

"Evil is in the Air alt"

Demencia uses a love potion on Black Hat. But his affection might too much for her to handle.

"Channel 505"

After Black Hat discovers 505 has a secret and oddly enough popular internet channel, he decides to use the bear's channel for his own gains.
505 is shown at the beginning of the episode or whenever to be doing a let's play of a Slenderman, FnaF, or SCP Containment Breach esque game.

"The Pain of Demencia"

Demencia gets infected by a another villian's virus that makes it so whatever pain Demencia receives also happens to Black Hat. Dr Flug and 505 must come up with a cure while also keeping Demencia out of trouble.

"Out of Commission"

Black Hat is temporarily put out of commission by an eldritch horror and Dr. Flug and Demencia have to take over selling products to buyers.

"Have a Holly Jolly Villainous"

Its Christmas Time and Black Hat is scheming up an idea to rid the world of Santa by dressing up Demencia as a "Lost Elf" to attract Ol' Saint Nick to his lair, but things go bad when Demencia knocks out Santa and takes off with his sleigh and reindeer.

"Black Hat Day"

Black Hat, sick of all the various holidays comes up with a holiday celebrating the best thing in the world, himself. However, people end up seeing it as a joke holiday after a mishap with 505.

Black Hat deals with a sudden influx of buyers as they all scramble to buy his products when he introduces a one day only half off sale. Dr. Flug, Demencia, and 505 are forced to deal with the onslaught of crazed customers as more than just their products start being sold.

"Paging Dr. Flug"

>Dr Flug is called into a meeting with all the other villians' minions which ends up being a covert plan by them all to take over their respective villains. Dr. Flug must try and get away before everyone realizes he is not in on their plan.

"Inter the Spider's Web"

Black Hat has Dr. Flug develop an internet virus that will turn off the safe search on all search engines across the web keeping the world's heroes preoccupied with this unfightable foe whilst villains are free to do as they please. But in his pitch to sell this virus via video to the highest bidder Dr. Flug accidentally activates it as part of the demonstration. Suddenly the TV-PG rating in the corner of the screen begins to skyrocket to a fictive TV-XXX and the villainous team scrambles to undo the damage before their show is cancelled. Using VR headsets Flug leads them all into the Web where they must chase down the Virus. In the process they run across 505's disturbing activity on an anime political image board (The only image shown being a screenshot of drones hovering around an isolated flag in the woods), Flub's disturbing internet browser history ("Kittens?!") and Demencia's catalog of worrisome fanfictions ("What is 'Flubhat'?"). Lastly they find the core of the virus hiding in Black Hat's dating profile on Eldritch Singles in the deep web which is nothing but Zalgo text artifacts and maddening truth speak. Unfortunately everyone's eyes have turned black and begun weeping black oil (except for Black Hat and Demencia) leaving Black Hat no choice but to delete his profile on Eldritch singles. In the end the whole sum of their efforts registers as nothing but a failed amateur hacker attempt briefly covered on the news. Obviously displeased Black Hat changes the channel to 'Wolf News' where the event is being reported as the "cyber terrorism event of the century", obviously satisfied he leans back into his chair while Demencia and Flug fight over the remote.

"Nightmare on Hell's Street"

After making a deal with a dreamscape horrific abomination. Black Hat finds all of his cohorts are having nightmares, to his horror none of them are about him! He goes into each of their dreams to make the nightmares properly horrifying, but finds it harder than he anticipated.

flug has to discretely deal with this while distracting blackhat from all the strangely familiar gadgets popping up in the villain community

"A Demented Mind is a Terrible Thing to Waste"

After messing yet again with one of Dr. Flug's inventions, Demencia's mind begins to unravel and distort all of reality. Black Hat, Flug, and 505 must fix it before all of reality succumbs to the fangirl's mindset.

flug and BH are showing off a new device that will temporarily cut off oxygen to the brain and leave the target a bumbling idiot
BH points it at flug for a demonstration but flug resists and struggles, forcing it the other way and firing
blackhat is now just as insane as dementia and fumbles around his headquaters breaking/messing with everything. flug tries to fix it at first but then realises that he can take this chance to finally escape. he grabs everything he can and runs out the door, dementia chasing after him rabidly, and almost makes it past the gate when he's tripped
turns out blackhat was just faking it and drags him back into his lair

Black Hat releases a data munching virus that grows and evolves as it travels though the internet. The virus then ends up becoming a problem when it starts to ruin other villians, and thus potential buyers of his products lives. Black Hat then travels into the internet to take down the digital monster before it becomes too big to handle.

"Foster's Home for Evil Fiends"

Black Hat sets up a foster home for lost and unwanted Eldritch abominations and plans to use them as a personal army, but then finds problems when his cohorts get too attached to the eldritch horrors.

"Straight Shooter"
Black Hat is accidently turned into a baby, and Demencia has to babysit him.

"Black Sabbath"

Black Hat plans to corrupt all of the world's religions by cursing and corrupting all of their deities but ends up with being seen as a benevolent God in the process. Black Hat must dismantle his own new religion.

" For Want of a Bear"

505's attempt to fix a crooked painting has unforeseen side effects on the entirety of Black Hat Inc.

"Trick or Eat"

It's Halloween and Black Hat orders Dr. Flug, 505, and Demencia to go out and spread an eldritch virus on all of the town's trick or treater's candy stashes. But Demencia's get sidetracked by free candy after she gets mistaken for a trick-or-treater herself and its up to Flug and 505 to catch her as she goes around stealing everyone;s candy for herself.

"PanDemencia's Box"

Black Hat stashes away an enigmatic box and orders his cohorts to never ever go near it. Demencia can't help herself but to open it and finds herself transported across various different dimensions within which might lie a horrible entity beyond all others.

"Till Death do us Apart"

Black Hat must fake being wed to Demencia to gain the trust of a powerful and wealthy potential client. He finds out that faking it is going to be a bit harder than expected.

"Striped Poker"

Black Hat builds a crooked casino to make money towards future investments, but things go south when Demencia ends up in a game of Poker that could make him lose everything.

"To Eat or Not to Eat"

Dr. Flug creates a pie made from the Essence of Black Hat himself, and Demencia is caught between Black Hat's orders and the aromatic scent of the fiendish pastry.

"505 Distress Signal"

After 505 is kidnapped by an animal care association, Black Hat goes to retrieve him once he learns the bear will be used to tend to and care for sick orphans.

"Slave and a Haircut"

Demencia's hair becomes so unruly it begins take on a mind of its own.

After featuring his newest invention in Black Hat's catalogue, Dr. Flug gets contacted by another villain to work for him instead. Black Hat must sabotage Flug's new ideas to get him come crawling back.

Black Hat sets up a base on the North Pole to enact a Wordwide Blizzard, but Demencia has other plans in the Frozen Wonderland.

"Memeory Loss."

After an accident in his latest recording for a product, Black Hat becomes an internet meme and loses all credibility. He works to create an even stupider meme around Dr. Flug to make everyone forget his meme.

"Demencia's Dilemma"

Demencia finds herself in trouble when she ends up ruining Black Hat's last good top hat, now she must recreate a new one before Black Hat's anger destroys everything

"A Chip Off the Old Black"

Black Hat ends up inadvertently creating a miniature version of himself after a mishap with one of his products. Wanting to merge it back into himself, he has to contend with Demencia's treating it like a son.

"'The Blight Before Christmas"

Its Chrismas season and 505 is decorating the lair with holiday decorations, Dementia is busy eating the ornaments and Flug walks in to see this and freaks out thinking Black hat is gonna be mad at anything holiday-related

>Turns out he is actually chill with Christmas, and starts explaining all about one of his idols...the KRAMPUS!
>"Um, Black Hat, sir. I'm pretty sure the Krampus got cut off the holiday these days..." "WHAAAAAT?!"
>Furious, Black Hat ropes the others into forcing the Krampus mythos back by themselves acting as the deliverers of punishment.
>This alerts the North Pole Co. who, in order to mantain the clean image of the holiday, send a Terminator-esque Santa Claus to destroy them.

Black Hat learns he has a new consumer base when it's revealed that his inventions are being used by heroes! Now he must wrestle with the "moral delima" of wether to expand his marketing or stay true to his evil nature.

"The Candy Man Can't"
After 505 brings back to the mansion a bag of candy, Black Hat gets the idea to sell demonic imbued candy to the masses for evulz. Demencia gets hyped up on and addicted to the hellish candy and starts to take on demonic properties as the calories pile up in her.

"Dead on Arrival"

Black has his cohorts dig up a local cemetery to use the bodies as test subjects for elder god and demonic possession, but a particular corpse takes the others as its own undead army when it is overtaken by the destroyer Apollyon.

"The Hero of Black Hat"

A new and naive Heroine saves Black Hat from a seemingly horrible accident, frustrated and feeling humiliated, he focuses on trying to put the new hero out of commission forever.

"Sticks and Stones"

Black Hat's constant bullying of Dr. Flug meets its peak when Flug grows a spine and fights with Black Hat, a feud begins as the two fire off at each other with Black Hat Inc.'s many products.

"Evil's Game"

>Black Hat and Flurg's newest plan is a videogame filled with hypnotizing ads that makes people who watch want nothing but to buy his evil products.
>BH places 505 to play it on a livestream unaware of this (to make the markpiller joke fully),
>Dementia, in a mixture of her usual crazyness and a some mistakes with the camera, ends up accidentally making her own stream with much more followers (but with her just not doing anything and not playing the hypnotizing game
>BH and Flug then have to stop her stream by any means necessary to pull off their scheme.

The entire episode is in a bottle episode format with us only watching the feed of both stream as the chaos and shenanigans ensues; The happenings of one screen affecting the other.

"Atlas Flugged"

On Black Hat's orders to improve his company, Dr. Flug creates ATLAS, a powerful micromanagment super-computer, which quickly starts improving productivity ten fold. BH's business practically grows massively overnight, with the lair even ebcoming a giant corporate skyscraper of evil.

But when BH realizes he is only being used as a mascot by ATLAS and is hardly getting any cut of the profits, he and the crew are hellbent in shutting it down.

"All Hats are Off"

After Black Hat opens a portal to his home dimension, only time will tell if his cohorts come out from this alive.

"Nice Nice Baby"

Black Hat is forced to take care of a human infant for a day after Demencia kidnaps it from a previous customer and is promised a massive payment if the child is unharmed when they come to pick the infant up. With Demencia making bizarre and improper efforts to act as a motherly figure, Black Hat must keep the child from harming itself amongst all the horrible products of Black Hat Inc.

'Something's A Miss"

Demencia suddenly has become more proper and stoic, even ditching her usual attire for more classy garments, Black Hat finds this change to be quite satisfying, but Dr. Flug seems even more nervous then usual.

"Cause Knowledge is Power"

Flug accidentally siphons several other genius scientists' intellect directly into Demencia, combined with her chaotic and deranged nature makes for an unholy combo worthy of Black Hat's approval, however Demencia with her newfound hyperintelligence begins to tear apart the very multiverse itself in an attempt finally gain the inhuman's love for her.

"At Death's Door"

Black Hat makes a deal with Death to prematurely remove some years off the life of the World's Greatest Hero in exchange for his cohorts doing some of Death's work involving the soon to be deaths of heroes, other villians, demons and an elder god.

"Meat!"

One of Dr. Flug's weapons malfunctions and turns everything it shoots into meat, with no fix in sight, Black Hat Inc. must sell off every new meat "product" to avoid the horrid stench of increasing supply of rotting meat.

"Kill the Clothing"

Dr. Flug creates a sentient battle uniform for Black Hat to wear, but after a thread mishap it becomes more suitable for Demencia to wear and use for all of Black Hat's demands and her own deranged ideas.

"The Doctor is OUT"

Dr. Flug is ordered by Black Hat to psycho analyze and study Demencia's brain after another fit of her usual antics, what he finds out from his studying shocks him to his very core.

"Demencia's Other Half"

Due to a mis-use of one of Flug's inventions and messing around with 505, Demencia ends up stuck to Black Hat and the two share part of a mind and body.
