  22. How did I managed do join ZARP Gaming?

  24. Basically it started when I bought Garry’s Mod. I started looking through gamemodes and I found Star Wars RP. I tried it out and it was really enjoyable and funny. When the gamemode started to be boring after some time I found a DarkRP Gamemode.The second server on the list was ZARP Gaming. I was thinking that it must be good because it had so many files i had to download!

  26. After I joined the server, well. I began to be addicted of it. I remember times on Bloc42 when I was mining non-stop and the first day when I bought a golf car. Oh I miss these times. And after a few months of playing I have decided (Thanks to Angry Kitty) to apply for moderator. I was denied 2 times and after these attempts I have finally achieved it!

  28. Then after months of hard work it started. I was Mod for a few weeks then i got promoted to admin. The day when I was promoted iI was literally crying. IT was going really well, i was keeping players happy and was doing F1’s for a very long time. Of course there also were bad times in my life. Former staff member called Mikey J suggested to me that I could become a higher rank in his community. Well, since I was quite immature and naive I accepted his invite to his community. So I left ZARP Gaming for over 2-3 months and time has come to resign from this community. After all TiGzTeR was writing to me on Steam that I was thinking that i should return to the community. And that’s what i did. And from this time I am here with powers on multiple servers as a trusted and respected person on ZARP Gaming.

  30. Why am I the perfect person for this position?

  32. As I already mentioned I am here for over a year, I am a very polite and patient person with the ability to work in a team. I love ZARP Gaming and I am dedicating a lot of time towards it. I am currently in charge of the ZARP Minecraft server and for now its doing great. I am always in a good mood with motivation to work in this community. Through this long time I have completed over 1000 of F1’s, demoted few Staff members for abuse and banned ~100 rulebreakers. There was already one chance to receive this rank, I was participating but Dcx was better as you can see now (Good job my friend). I have the ability to become to manage this community because I used to lead a few communities before:

  34. 1st was the Minecraft community called NajasekServer (it was 40 slot server created during beta 1.4.5)
  35. 2nd was Minecraft dedicated to people who love a Medieval Roleplay servers on Minecraft.
  36. 3rd was the Gigabit Gaming based on Garrys Mod and Minecraft.

  38. I am here to help everyone in need of everything. I am responding nearly instantly or as soon as it is possible for me and I am always answering peoples questions.

  42. I used to be Moderator in the Player Management section for over 2-3 months, after all I have been demoted for not using my powers (vacations time) and right now I am Minecraft Section moderator. I am a very active person on the forums, always responding to people who are in need of help.

  46. So returning to the main point: I can bring many new features for you players to enjoy your stay even more. I have many good ideas and this rank will allow me to increase your happyness!

  48. Another point - what can I contribute to the community as a Community Manager?

  50. If I am going to be chosen for Community Manager I am going to bring new features to the community. Issues and informations are going to be posted instantly. Every report of abuse is going to be handled even faster. I will try to bring better relationshop and communication between Staff members. I would like to contribute more community-ranged events (as ZARP Games used to be). I am still thinking about stuff that could be added. This is still going to be updated!
