- So, after just over 3 years, I have finally upgraded my RAM for 8 to 32GB. (Yeah, I know, it's a bit shocking to have remained at only 8 for a while...) This now results in my PC functioning much better and much cleaner compared to anywhere from 2022-2025. Unfortunately, I still am short a bit of a good Graphics Card (my current one is an RX 6500 XT...), but I think my PC should be good to start supporting more interesting games I wanted to try out at some point.
- As far as speedrunning goes, my current goal in Forbidden Memories is still sub 4 in Any%. Unfortunately, my runs lately have not had the greatest of luck, but the decks themselves were pretty good. I'm enjoying the game still and think of it as a nice step out of my comfort zone compared to previous games I have done, and the occasional races give me more motivation. I am streaming today, although for my PC to get used to the new RAM, today's stream will be 30FPS only instead of the usual 60. Expect the next streams once runs continue after this one to be back to the usual 60 for that eye candy quality.
