Daehee grew up with a lot of pressure from her parents. Her parents were both successful in their own right with her dad being a restaurant owner and her mum being a fashion designer and photographer. This meant that there was a lot of pressure from her to establish her own path and to follow it. She wanted to become an idol and a model when she was growing up. She was inspired by groups like Miss A, Wonder Girls and Kara to persue a career in music. She would practice in school, at home even out on the streets.

When she turned 15, she decided that she would audition for a company after a lot of persuasion from her parents. Her first audition was not very successful and this caused her to lose a lot of her confidence. The next to auditions she did weren't successful and due to this, she decided that she would stop trying so this caused her to focus on modelling. She applied for a modelling agency and when she got to the company, they were extremely harsh about her looks, saying that she was ugly and that she did not have the right body for it. This completely knocked her confidence and for the next few months, she kept to herself. Not wanting to talk to anyone at all. She missed a couple of days of school pretending to be ill because she couldn't face being in school.

The more and more she isolated herself, the more lonely and helpless she felt. Her parents didn't seem to notice her change, leading her to believe that they didn't really care about her. This caused her to attempt suicide by sleeping pills while her parents were out. However, she ended up vomitting them back up due to them being expired. She didn't tell her parents about it because she didn't want to burden her parents.

Over time, her overall character started to change. She was a lot more quiet and reserved than she used to be. She had started cutting herself to try and numb the emotional pain she was feeling.  It got to a point where she had lost all of her friends and her parents seemed to ignore her. This caused her second attempt at suicide. She climbed to the top of a 7 story bulding. However, someone spotted her up there and called the ambulance to get her down. They took her to the hospital and called her parents to the hospital. They were shocked when they found out the reason why she was there. Her parents were people who were constantly in the spotlight and they knew if the public found out about their daughter's suicide attempt, their credibility would go down since the topic was such a taboo in Korean society. This gave them the idea to send her to a program to cure her.

+ She is a very quiet person and doesn't go out of her way to make friends. She is more comfortable around males than females because of the way that she knows women can be. However, that doesn't mean she can't be friends with women.
+ She is someone who looks quite intimidating because she is quite and her natural face has a glare on it. So you have to be friends with her for a while before she relaxes around you.
+ She can be quite rude when she is in her worst state and she won't show any remorse. This makes people want to avoid her.
+ She truly does care for the people in her life but she doesn't like blatantly showing it. Instead of making food for everyone when they are there, she will wait for them all to leave and then she will make the food and leave it on the table for them to eat.
+ She is not someone who jokes about often but when she is in a more stable state, she has a very good sense of humour and loves making bad jokes to make her friends laugh.

He runs to her and craddles and starts to carry her away but then she tries to fight back and move towards the barrier again but he stops her. He carries her to bed and waits until she is asleep and then lays down on the floor next to her. (I am really sorry if this is too graphic and I will change it if this is not what you want)
