I would say so yes, you could make it so that Link Mode gives Fusion-X the capability of letting others use Armaments, like maybe retcon Link Mode from being able to make constructs as one of it’s abilities and instead just give it the capability of letting others use Armaments as well as the other things Link Mode can do. Like up until Fusion-X discovered the Armament ability Link Mode could only bestow the powers/limbs/traits to others and not create constructs but can now give others the capability of using Armaments as only Fusion-X can use Armaments.
