    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand a 10% deposit of the quoted amount will be required -For all DFW Metroplex - out of state moves.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand a 20% deposit will be required of the quoted amount - For pick-ups outside of the DFW Metroplex area.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand that the deposit will be deducted from the total cost of my moving services.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I Understand 60% of the actual move cost will be due by any form of payment at the pick-up. (For straight delivery, payment with checks will not be accepted).</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand that the remaining balance of 30% will be due prior to unloading on delivery. I understand that CASH OR POSTAL MONEY ORDER ONLY will be accepted upon delivery, I understand that charges are due upon delivery, prior to unloading.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I understand that I will need to provide copies of the credit card (Front and back) & picture ID before any transaction is made, and my signature will be required on each payment transaction paid by credit card.</li>

<p font-size:="" style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 128, 0);"><u><strong>Cancellation Policy Terms and Conditions:</strong></u></span></p>

<ul style="font-weight: bold;">
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I understand that rescheduling my move date will be no later than 24 hours prior to the move date by phone/email.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I understand that any deposits paid will be refunded if Geo Van Lines receives my cancellation notice in writing 48 business hours prior to my original scheduled move date.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I understand that in the case of a cancellation (48 hours prior to move date) I will then be eligible for my full deposit to be returned as long as the original move date hasn’t changed.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I understand that if I cancel my moving services on the day of the move, there will be a cancellation fee of (1) hour of labor and travel cost.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I understand my mover reserves the right to reschedule the pick-up or delivery date due to bad weather or unforeseen events.</li>
</ul>

<p font-size:="" style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 128, 0);"><strong><u>Refund policy Terms and Condition</u></strong></span></p>

<ul style="font-weight: bold;">
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I understand that in the case that a credit is owed to me for any of the following reasons: over payments on my move balance, company settlement and good faith refunds, duplicate charges, incorrect/mistaken charges, claim refunds, move cancellations within company policy time frame will all be refunded the same way the payment was originally made by me.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I understand all refunds will be processed in the order they were received. Refunds can take up to3- 15 business days.</li>
</ul>

<p font-size:="" style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""><span style="color: rgb(0, 128, 0);"><u><strong>Insurance Policy Terms and Condition:</strong></u></span></p>

    <li style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"> I am stating that I have reviewed this estimate and I have been advised and explained the valuation options available.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand the default option of the claim liability will be no more than $0.60 cents per pound, per article. Loss or damage claims will be settled based on the weight of the article multiplied by $0.60 cents per pound. I am stating that I was advised and explained the options of purchasing “Full Value Replacement Protection Coverage” (FVRP) from third party insurance company.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand that in a case of purchasing Full Value Replacement Protection Coverage-I will need to provide proof of purchase in a case of claim.</li>
</ul>

<p font-size:="" style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""><span style="color:#008000;"><u>Permanent <strong>Storage Terms and Conditions:</strong></u></span></p>

<ul style="font-weight: bold;">
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I’m aware and understand that this agreement includes my moving service and storage services if needed.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I’m aware storage is not prorated.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I’m aware storage will be charged $95 per crate. (Each crate holds 230cf of space.)</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I am aware my mover have a Minimum monthly storage fee -based on a size of 2 crate’s  - 460CF  @ the rate of $190.00/a month</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I’m aware that if I do not pay for accrued storage time for a period of 90 days the property will be considered abandoned and subject to auction.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""><strong>I’m aware that after 30 days my interstate move will be converted to permanent Storage unless agreed otherwise in written by both parties</strong></li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I understand that my shipment will be placed on "shipment in transit" (SIT) status for not to exceed 30 days, After 30 days interstate contract will be converted to a Permanent Storage status  (PS)</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet="">I understand that in the event I will need to store my household good for More then 30 Days (unless otherwise been agreed & wrote in the contract) Monthly storage fee will be applied every First of the month based on My shipment size (Cubic foot)</li>

<p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><span style="color:#008000;"><u><strong>Delivery Policy: </strong></u></span></p>

    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand that in a case of a claim I will need to submit my claim in writing within 90 days from the delivery.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand liability is limited to $25.00 for damage to floors, walls, doors, and painted surfaces. Liability limit may be raised by written agreement by both parties prior to move.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand the maximum liability is limited to $0.60 per pound, per item, for loss or damages; unless My mover agrees, in writing, to a higher limit of carrier liability.</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand that In case of purchasing Full Value Replacement Protection Coverage-I will need to provide proof of purchase in case of a claim, and the claim will be handled by My Mover  third party insurance company (including refunds).</li>
    <li font-size:="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);" trebuchet=""> I understand if for any reason there is an open balance on moving services it can and will affect any processing of the claims.</li>
</ul>

<p style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);"><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;"> I hereby understand and agree that the information stated above is complete, accurate, and that I am willing to proceed with this relocation and Declining Physical Survey . </span></strong><strong><span style="color:#0000FF;">I have examined the company terms and conditions and agree to said terms and conditions as stated in this moving estimate.</span></strong></p>
