TIFU by taking a phone call for my swim program while dropping of my fiancee's grandmother at the hospital

A little backstory: I run a small swim program that utilizes the pool at a high school.  We only offer group lessons and we only have the pool for a couple of hours.  When I was promoted from instructing to basically running the program, the business number was linked to my cell phone number so now all incoming calls are forwarded to my cell phone.  I take at least several calls each day either from members or perspective clients looking to sign up or for more information.

A little backstory that ties into the FU is that my fiancee's grandfather was recently diagnosed with cancer.  He is waiting to start chemo therapy, but is currently in the hospital with shingles.  Because of this my fiancee and I stayed over with her Grandma last night for support and took her to the hospital today.  When we pull up to the hospital the FU begins.  I pull over and get a call which I answer.

The woman calling is asking whether we have water aerobics classes.  I tell her no, we just have regular swimming lessons.  As this is going on there is a lot of confusion in the car because as my fiancee's grandma is trying to get out of the car, there is an ambulance parking next to us and we keep stopping her from getting out behind the parking ambulance.  The woman on the phone is having trouble understanding me while I'm trying to deal with two things at once and I find myself repeating myself.  When Grandma finally gets out I'm at that moment telling the elderly woman on the phone again that no, we only have regular swim lessons.  Right then my fiancee yells "goodbye Grandma" and the person on the phone, thinking it's me talking to her yells back "ok A$$hole" and hangs up.

TL;DR  Answered the phone at the wrong time.  Elderly woman on phone thought I told her "goodbye Grandma" and called me an A-hole.
