  24. Why was FusionFall Central Official account terminated by YouTube (rhetorical question)? We've heard about the copyright infringement claims even though the game FusionFall was created by Cartoon Network & Grigon Entertainment predating 2008 who owns the license, trademark in it's entirety etc. The respective feed, platform is intended for usage by our discreet gaming group (team) excluding the private emails we use for casual purposes.   26. *Not interested in hearing Google's lame excuses we need our Google account (feed) reactivated (enabled) we have plans & we don't spam the account posting meaningless content we've been occupied for awhile regardless. We've had a vast compilation of videos covering the MMORPG FusionFall which a multitude of people worldwide enjoy playing. There's a variety of diverse demos, projects we've covered consistently including repeatedly on our FusionFall Central Official (centralized platform) channel.

We've posted work via other former/upcoming fan-games (projects) e.g. FusionFall Rebirth alias FF RESPAWN, FF ReStart & weren't flagged for copyright claim notices etc. The issue is there's certain competition between our diverse groups including cynical egotistical imbeciles vice versa malicious members who intend to tarnish our respective brand causing lethal harm to our reputation & disputing our hard work etc.

  30. We've posted on YouTube for nearly 2 consecutive years now (since November 4th, 2021 the creation of our FCO channel) all the time so there's no logical reason to suspend our account period. Requesting an appeal to reinstate our respective FusionFall Central Official feed (YouTube) which is basically the equivalent of IGN for our esteemed talented FusionFall fanbase since we have no plans on using the account for malicious purposes. We're tech savvy people & enjoying playing a variety of games after all it's a hobby which entertains us, while educating our diverse fans, members worldwide who use your esteemed platform to learn, watch content regarding Cartoon Network's: FusionFall (2008 Game) & it's various remakes, iterations. Also we're disputing your false irrelevant claims of our Game Masters Official Central feeds associated with FusionFall Central Official being created by a bot, computer program we're real people so we recommend you restore our accounts to full functionality we've been using your services for years (initial dispute sent to Game Masters Official Central via Google regarding account suspicious activity on 10/04/22).

Recommend sending us transcripts regarding the acclaimed account Google's policy violation(s) because we guarantee we didn't violate any obviously besides certain users claiming we stole their videos (excluding the obvious blatant fact select users e.g. @FF_RESTART operated by Elven Lord, Jordan Mistical, Tom the Human chose to work in malicious conjunction with the cynical suspicious objective of disabling our FCO YT account etc). Perhaps your team should do their research next time & stop being ignorant, delusional we have the right to post videos regarding FusionFall & setup additional gaming feeds for our group on the Internet. FusionFall Central Official already existed don't see what the issue is besides your company's strict policies shutting us down for trivial reasons (including limiting the users who engage with YouTube accordingly).

FYI - YouTube Studio isn't allowing Game Masters Official Central to access our FusionFall Central Official YouTube feed to send the approved counter response regarding the copyright strikes claims on your app/platform. Technically this isn't a major issue & your Google/YouTube team should review their policies to be adaptable & fair for everyone who utilizes it. *This issue could've been simply resolved with an option to make certain acclaimed videos private, concealed, hidden. Including the featured playlists featuring other groups works we're slightly affiliated with based on the individual developer, member etc for starters. Only reason we're sending this crucial appeal to Google, YouTube because we want our centralized platform to remain active online it's intended for a wide audience e.g. children, adolescents, young adults etc & obviously serve it's collective purpose informing the world of the potential of outdated revived MMORPG games ....
