Special containment procedures

Scp-4998 is to be kept in a 5x5x5 meter room and have at least one guard surveying scp-4998 all the time. A lock has been placed on scp-4998’s doorway to prevent any accidents.

Description:

Scp-4998 is a door way to another dimension. Anyone who passes at least 100 meters past the door must be protect at all costs. If not, they could be seriously injured. In scp-4998 there will different entities inside. Ranging from safe to Keter the deeper you go. These entities are mostly cylindrical shapes with faces on them. They are similar to the heads in the game called “ROBLOX”. As you go deeper
Within Scp-4998, these entities will get on distorted and deadly overtime. (See addendums.)


Addendums:

Addendum-001

Class D-918A9  was sent into scp-4998. He has shoulder mounted cameras during the test.

10m in he saw the “heads”. They were mostly friendly but all of them are making distorted sounds. 50m in, the heads are getting more distorted and started to injure Class D-918A9. These injury’s were just small scratches and bruises. 100m in, Class D-918A9 approaches a door with words on it. Class D-918A9 was asked what it said. “It says The realm which god can’t control”. Class D-918A9 was asked to enter the “room”. Class D goes into the “room”. The entities started to make loud screeching noises. The camera stops working. Class D-918A9 did not come back and is pressumed dead.

Addendum-002 Class D-8386 was sent into scp-4998 armed with a standard Beratta pistol, a mounted shoulder camera, and a soundprooof headphone with a mic.

Class D-8386 was sent 100m into scp-4998 going past Class D-918A9 lasts position. As he entered the room, the entities started screaming but to no avail to Class D-8386. Class D 8386 was ordered to shoot the entities and Class D did what he was told to do. The entity who got shot vanished out of thin air and so did the others. 150m in, class D-8386 found a entity with no sound. But this entity was severely distorted. As class D-8386 got closer to the entity, class D-8386 started to shake. Class D-8386 was ordered to shoot the entity but class D-8386 does not respond. Class D-8386 was asked again but to no avail. Then class d-8386 whispered “I can hear it in my mind”. Class D was asked to describe what he meant. Class D-8386 does not respond. Class D-8386 started to make the sounds that the first entities made at the entrance. Class D’s camera feed stops. Class D-8386 is presumed dead.

Addendum-003

One class D and one guard was sent into scp 4998. Class D has a shoulder mounted camera and a 9mm standard Beretta. The guard has a Scar equipped with a flashlight and a acog scope. Both of them have 1 soundproof headphones with a mic.

We will call both of them “T1”. (It’s because I’m lazy haha)

Dr.———- was terminated for tampering with keter class documents.

T1 is ordered to enter scp-4998. In the “safe zone” one of the entity approaches T1. Scp-4998-001 as we will now call it, starts to make the sound that Class D-8386 started to make when he was last seen. T1 was ordered to shoot scp-4998-001 with the same result in addendum-002. T1 starts to progress further on scp-4998. As T1 enters the “realm”,  screeching can be heard and the entities can be seen. T1 does not stop.
150m in, T1 has the same feeling when approaching a “recognizable figure” and class D stops while the guard is still moving. The guard tells Class D to move but to no avail. The guard reports that class D is whispering under his breath. The guard was asked to describe what he is saying and the guard reports that “he’s saying ooov repeatedly”. Class D starts to shake violently and collapses on the ground. By now the screeching becomes bearing to listen to. Class D’s camera feed stops working. But the guards mic does not.

Guard: Oh god... what’s happening to the class D?!

Dr.————-:  Can you describe what’s going on?

Guard: HE’S FUCKING TURNING INTO THOSE... Things!

Dr.————: Calm down sir. We just need you to-


The guard starts screaming.

The audio feed ends.


After 7 minutes, the guard comes out of scp-4998 and is crying hysterically.


No further test can be done unless approved by level 4 agents. 2 05 members.

Addendum-4998-004
Interview with the guard.

Dr.————: Now. Can you tell me what happened in scp-4998?

Guard: why... just why...

Dr.—————: Sir?

Guard: That thing touched him... THAT FUCKING THING!

Dr.————— Please sir, calm down. All we need is your experience and we’ll let you leave.


Guard: It..it touched him and he turned into those things. And... oh god.. I remember it. It touched me too.

The Guard starts to laugh hysterically and collapse on the floor shaking violently.

The guard or scp-4998-002 is quarantined.
Scp-4998-002 has been transformed into one of those entities. It isn’t deformed yet but based on tests, scp-4998-002 gets more distorted the older it gets.

This portal... or door or thing... or whatever the fuck you want to call it, it’s dangerous. If it gets out, it could probably wipe out the human race. If we were lucky. These entities should not exist in our universe and should exist deep in our memories where it deserves to stay. At all costs, DO NOT LET THIS THING FREE.
