Why can't you just continue to use KnownHost then? Or are you looking to diversify your VPS among different providers? You shouldn't have an issue finding what you need, have you tried looking in the offers section of this forum for what you need?

I have experience with TransIP and I recommend them, but they don't offer managed VPSs as far as I'm aware - I manage mine myself.

cPanel license = half of your budget.

Why you don't want in 10 times cheaper panels, which also good?

Some of the providers can offer you panels (not a CPanel) even for free (included in price) with VPS servers.

Better to spend money on 24 hours monitoring and support of your VPS server, than to pay to CPanel crazy price for nothing.

CPanel VPS licenses are $10, personally I'd advise to not change the panel unless you're a reasonable Linux DIY-er.
It's well worth the money in terms of features and especially support quality.

I do not have experience with them, but if you look them up on this forum or the internet you can find reviews etc.
At first glance they are not an European company, but they do seem to sell services in the EU so fits the bill.
You should ask them about SLAs, response times and other contractual agreements.

Why are you moving fro Siteground? What issues are you having with them? They have some good VPS plans for that price if I'm not wrong...
