- Hello, recently you told me that my database limit is exceeded....I cleared the database
- and now it si 73MB....but in the MySQLdatabase in the cpanel, i do not know why, i clicked
- at the REPAIR DATABASE and now the admin side of my site is not accessible...the site is
- loading by the backside is not loading...it gives me BAD Gateway request....before the
- REPAIR DATABASE procedure, all was working fine. What should i do now...the site is

- It seems the issue is occurring due to the AliDropShip plugin, as when I tried to manually
- execute the index.php script from the server, I got the following error:

- Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '[', expecting ')' in
- /home/fantast1/public_html/wp-content/plugins/alidswoo/alidswoo.php on line 16
- Perhaps the quickest way to resolve this would be to restore the site from a backup of
- its working state, given that the issue occurred just recently.
- We keep backups of shared hosting accounts for the past 30 days. The Backup Restore tool
- is available in cPanel and can be used to restore files and databases using or backup
- system.

- Paid backup restore ? Guys is that normal ? My site is broken and you want moeny for

- Access to the backup restore service is indeed a paid one on the StartUp plan and the only
- way to restore the site from our backup system would be to to get the Backup service. Once
- enabled, you will have a 6-hour window to run as many restores as you wish.
- An alternative would be to either upgrade to a GrowBig plan that includes free restores from
- the client side, or if you have a local backup of the website, you can upload a database
- backup, which we can import on the site.
- We understand that this may not be an ideal solution for everyone, however in such cases
- where the database was corrupted not due to a server-side issue, we would be unable to
- provide with a free restore on a StartUp account.

- 504 Gateway timeout, което е проблем в комуникацията между сървърите не е от инсталацията
- ми....A server did not receive a timely response from another server. Slow communication
- between upstream servers causes this error.
