SO I live in the UK, I'm 23 years old. I've been working in my dad's Pharmacy for the past 7 years. I don't have any qualifications.

I'm doing pretty well helping my dad manage the business, interacting with customers face to face, talking with sales reps, managing inventory, solving customer queries, dealing with complaints, trying to reduce costs, managing employees.

I don't have any skills to be honest. My dads upset I didn't become a Pharmacist and take over. I've trained my brother and put a system in place for the other employees to follow so that everything is run smoothly when I leave. I just don't know what to do. I make £8.00 an hour whilst I work with my dad, work like 36 hours a week (overtime without pay sometimes)

I have no hobbies, home life is a mess, Dad is in constant stress from his brothers and sister. Also my dad is well off so he doesn't even need the business, he wanted to pass it down to us But I just know I can't do this. He's also Pretty pissed off that I don't have a degree. (I can't go to university now, it costs too much)

I'm going to get a job in a supermarket, making less than what I do now, I live a boring life outside work, I don't have any hobbies. My dad is annoyed because he says I'm doing great at managing the business and that I should at least get a better job than working at a supermarket and that I will struggle financially if I work at a supermarket all my life.

I don't know how to get a better job, I don't have qualifications so I'm not sure anyone would want to employee me I don't even have a CV.

Can I actually get a better paying job? I don't want to go to university and get in debt.
