I'm having an issueb

I went to use dayz cheat, and when I inject my pc no longer boots past bios

I have to manually format my ssd w windows command prompt repair tool, would it be possible for you to add a few hours to my keys boss? No harm no foul, but this happened last night when my pc restarted to load the dayz cheats

Definitely wasn't user error but no problem.

I'm not complaining nor tryna beef, I like your product 💯  but it was the program itself that when loading the cheat corrupted my boot driver or whatever and I had to manually reformat my hard drive

I showed my bios settings showing already have everything as it should've been

i know i'm gonna explain to you,

when i inject fine, and everyone else injects fine and one person comes with an issue like your it means that the system they're trying to use our product on it is not fully / correctly set up for it. simple as that, it caused because of it yes but not its fault 100%, it only means that the system isn't handling it correctly for some reason. can be some windows update or some security feature was still turned on when you injected and the system ddin't like it or even some corrupted files and hypervisor process didn't go well

Hey homie ty for the info again, everything's working fine now and I like yalls products and trust you as a reliable vendor so will definitely keep buying ur products

I just wanted to mention though on the side of customer service, and I'm not complaining or asking or saying this is how I feel, but I think to have customers be happy (when they're not just playing with you or lying or wasting ur time) or atleast like really trust you as a supplier it helps if something on my end from the program corrupted my even if it was in some part my hardwares fault, as a result of purchasing a product from you and being a loyal customer, that really can turn some people off (again not me. I look for quality providers and obviously you are) even if this is a 1 off occassion, and i just want to be transparent, I have 3 hard drives but all 3 are encrypted with veracrypt & the other 2 are double encrypted. I lost around 1000 hours of coding projects but thankfully those were personal and as you know once you've written something it'd easy to do it again and I could probably even make deeper modifications so it could be good in a way, but aa my main computer had to be diskpart cleaned as it was corrupted I feel like ( and I'm not trying to be disrespectful or say you have bad customer service, you've been great ) it would be respectful to have given me the extra hours for the dayz key for when my computer was not functioning to when you gave me a solution. And it's not like yall experienced this problem before, I get it, but so I wasn't just going to wipe my pc until that was the only option not knowing if you had a fix. I'm not asking for any added time, and I'm quite literally still going to buy ur products, ur products rock, but I feel like that could've been managed better as I work in customer experience, and sell products aswell

I think this is a respectful read, I hope you take it well brother, I hope you didn't think I was trying to scam you or sm petty, I've dropped like $60 on yalls products this week, but i work 50 hours a week and only even have a few hours a day to play so to me 2-3 hours of the sub could be an extra $2 for me based on how little time I have to actually play games

I'm 22 and saving up trying to get an apartment and stuff so I'm sure you understand trying to save as much money as I can yk

Hey. Earlier I got a message abt rust, I think it may be dtc? I just hopped on a server and was testing esp and stuff, I hopped off Ns when I was loggikgnin to play deadlock it told me game ban applied by game developers

I don't really play rust but just to lyk. I also didn't check the status on it so idk
