Q: What are you playing on, it is emulator?

Q: What is the current World Record?

Q: Why do you choose Skitty?
A: Skitty is fucking great. Tail Whip is a great Link move, Double Slap is fucking OP for late game, an Attract/Sing makes bosses trivial with good play (I also might have to reset a bit to get Skitty from the questions, some times it's not possible)

Q: Why is your partner Charmander?
A: I like Charmander. Most people use Squirtle as partner, I honestly don't know which is better. I routed Charmander, so here I am

Q: Where do you expect to make up time?
A: Everywhere, and for 2 reasons. 1) My previous run was done on Red (the GBA game) which is slower, and also because I'm manipulating the dungeon maps

Q: How are you doing that?
A: By quicksaving in a dungeon and reloading, the maps become predictable in their nature. It matters from what floor you do the quicksave, so on some Dungeons you might see me do it more than once, to manipulate a better pattern. After that, the floors are generated at the same point, so you might see me doing some funky things like going backwards and forwards to manipulate enemies that you can't actually see

Q: So is there still RNG in this run?
A: Yeah, there is. The first floor of every dungeon can't be manipulated, which means your PP, Experience, and also obviously the first floor itself are still not consistent. And neither the missions that you have to do, or their rewards. Tiny Woods also isn't manipulated at all because it's slower on average to do so.

Q: But this run is a lot more execution heavy now?
A: Yeah, very much so. In fact I'm going to have to do multiple runs of this game just to get myself to be better at the execution, because it's fast, and there's a lot of it. To memorise all the patterns at high speed will take some time. There's still a lot more routing that can be improved, I'm sure (at least backup strats for missions anyway), but I want to start doing some runs to see what does and doesn't work, and also just get used to the feel of doing runs.

Q: I just heard you orgasming like crazy and I couldn't see why...are you crazy?
A: Yes

Q: Isn't this a luck based run?
A: Yes, there is luck involved. Yes, I am still running it. I love pokemon and will run it regardless :)
