TIFU by tried to have sex in a car with BF and got caught by cops

TIFU (to be specific after midnight) by getting extremely heated up and tried to have sex in the car.

Just some background, BF and I are both of age, consensual act, all that hoohahs. We just got together fairly recent, a few months back. To be honest, it is rather risque but what we usually do is we go around the neighbourhood and find a good spot to park between tall trucks or buses, sometimes we just chat or we get it on. We done the car sex thing like twice prior to this upfuckery before and other times we just chat. Third time's the charm right?!?

So the usual spot we parked were already taken up by some locals and my BF drove around a bit the neighbourhood. I was not particularly up for car sex at that time but I did not mind giving my BF some. So we ended up parking at a spot right at a corner of a house and near to the bend of the main road. Turned off the headlights and we went over the backseat to get comfy and we started making out. It's not the first time we parked there but last night seemed to had a lot of cars using that road despite being way past midnight. BF was ready to get it on but I had that nagging gut instinct at the back of my mind telling me "nope, nah you're not turned on, don't do it, just go home."

It got me really confused because usually I will not say no to sex unless I got mad at something. I tried to ignore it while giving head to my BF, tried to get it in but I am not turned on at all. It was not possible! Even BF got frustrated at that point and I was getting more and more wary of the traffic on the main road cause I would usually duck my head down if any cars passed by and there was a lot of cars. At one point, BF noticed that there was someone standing across the road but they left after awhile. We gave up in the end but we ended up cuddling in loose clothings.

Amidst the cuddling session, we were bombarded by headlights flashing into the car and BF immediately told me to get up. Two cops were out there, signalling us to wind down the window and upon seeing my BF's pants unzipped, BF was told to get off and he was checked on his pockets (?) after our IDs were asked. I ended up being rude to the cops as we were charged for indecent acts in public but we did not exactly had sex and the condom used was hidden somehow by BF. Car was being checked and I was also being difficult, BF was lowkey mad at me about this. (I am stupid, please do not scold me).

So the cops told us to go over to the station with them and not to run away. At that point, we just obey the cops with me having my stinky face on plus they had our IDs. Over there, they sat us outside, did not even brought us in and tried to explain that we had to be detained and go for a trial before any release was done by our family member despite our ages as we are charged by the cops. I just sat there and nodded through everything like OMG I am going to jail because car sex, I am going to be disown because of car sex. Then BF was only taken into the station where they spoke to him for some time and I just sat there, staring at my phone and looking up at my local law on indecent acts.

BF then came out and hurried over to me and told me that the cops had requested for a "release fee" of 1,000.00 each. We settled it and he fetched me home and we vowed to never to do car sex anymore and we should have listened to our instincts. I also asked BF to not let anyone know but I will be posting this anon, he gave me the green light.

FYI, it's clear that I'm not from US, love hotels are not a norm here and decent motels are still expensive in our currency. Also this is a throwaway account.

TL;dr: Got caught by cops for having sex in car, got off by paying bribery.
