- The purpose of the assessment is to select candidates for potential employment in your local Accenture entity, based on cognitive and behavioral skills.
- Through recording an individual’s gameplay, Pymetrics assessment is based on objective and unbiased measures of the following cognitive and personality measures:
- - Decision Making - Approach to making decisions;
- - Generosity - Tendency to prioritize the needs of others above your own;
- - Risk Tolerance - Comfort with risk-taking;
- - Learning - Tendency to change behavior based on new information;
- - Focus - Concentration style for one or more tasks;
- - Emotion - Strategy for interpreting others’ emotions;
- - Effort - Effort invested based on size of reward and probability of success;
- - Fairness - Measures perception of fairness;
- - Attention - Measures sustained attention, inattention and impulsivity.
- A fit score is calculated based on how closely the game performance matches with the game play of top performing incumbents. Based on the fit score, candidates will be invited to the next step of the process.
- The Pymetrics assessment is mandatory. Please note that if you do not take the Pymetrics assessment, Accenture may not be able to accomplish some or all of the purposes outlined in this privacy statement.
