the Celeste grind

My next big speedrunning project is Celeste Any%. I loved the game casually and want to speedrun it so badly. I don't mean just casually running the game with noob strats like I've done a lot of other games. I want to get really good at the game. Not exactly on the level of getting a WR,but pretty darn close to that. One of the biggest obstacles keeping me from running the game is the fact that getting good at the game will likely take me a very long time. In between school stuff(especially with college coming up this year),and keeping up with my family and my other hobbies,I won't get much time to practice. But on that side of things,I can manage. I think getting good at a game like Celeste will truly show me I can get good at any game,even hard ones,if I put my mind to it. I plan to start the grind either early or mid May.
