  1. I struggled with this for months, as you will see below all the things I've tried to stop the stuttering.
  2. The fix for me was to to clear CMOS. I did a couple of BIOS updates, which reverted the BIOS settings to default, but looks like
  3. There is a bug that the BIOS doesn't run properly CMOS is reset, I found this in a couple of threads lately so gave it try...
  4.
  5. (Don't ask me how this works possible as I've passed all possible stress tests, doesn't make any sense)
  6.
  7. I've cleared CMOS, booted in windows then got the pop up for the GCC, so said what the hell and installed it for the first time,
  8. Used it to download the drivers it suggested (without crap Norton or RGB software). After rebooting a strange thing happened, all devices in the Device manager were shown as unrecognized for like 30 seconds, after that my screen restarted. I rebooted just to be sure all the changes that happened were applied.
  9.
  10. I went into the game and all stutters were gone.
  11.
  12. After that, the only thing I've changed in BIOS was enabled XMP and C-States. Didn't touch anything else (like disable FTPM,iGPU etc..)
  13. Currently on Windows 10 22H2 using 25.2.1 driver and chipset from Gigabyte website (Version 7 compared to version 6 that is on AMD website).
  14.
  15. Tried booting into windows 11 (which didn't have any GCC installed) and it was also stutter free. This led me to the conclusion that GCC didn't do anything but the actual fix was the CMOS reset.
  16. I uninstalled gigabyte control center and all crap it installed (not really good software)
  17.
  18. **EDIT** 2 days after stable gaming with only XMP and C states enabled, I went ahead and enabled PBO with a 20 offset and so far no stutters!
