- Okay so I have something important to say, was initially going to tweet it but I'm gonna pastebin it instead since it's quite lengthy.
- I feel like I've at least been aware of this since late 2013, possibly earlier but it's just been really confusing for me. I've spent a long time contemplating it all, what it means and who I truly am. In fact lately I've been feeling guilty for not making anyone aware of it before now.
- I would like to think that at least in the past 4 or so years and maybe even for longer I've been accepting of LGBT people, and have felt sadness for all the suffer they go through simply because they are considered weird/different etc. I feel like I've been lying, to myself and the people around me who I'm close to for having concealed my true sexual orientation after having been aware of it for as much time as I have been. I feel like I'm worsening the problem that many have with coming out.
- It has made me feel sad, angry and frustrated and has made me realised this is something I have to do sooner rather than later, otherwise it'll just become an issue for multiple reasons.
- So to get to the point of this whole thing, I'm coming out as bisexual. I haven't told anyone about this before, so you guys are the first to know about any of this. I can't imagine you'd have any idea about all this beforehand, since it's something that I doubt I've made obvious ever. It's probably a huge shock, but I hope that you're all accepting of it.
- The reason it's being put on here first is because all of you are probably my closest friends, filling in a void that has been basically missing for the past 30 or so months of my life. Aside from some people I met during college, I didn't really make any close friends, and even those closest friends in real life don't get anywhere near as much as my time and attention that everyone here does. Though that may change since the people living near me are pretty awesome and so much easier to talk to then it has been for anyone in real life over the past two years. Don't worry though, you're all awesome too so don't think I'm going to ever going to completely abandon you unless I never get enough time to still associate with you, which shouldn't be happening anytime soon anyway. Oops went off on a bit of a tangent :/
- I will probably tell the people living here (well the ones that I'm close to anyway) in my block that I'm bisexual but it won't be like this, it'll be much more casual lol. Like if/when they happen to be talking about LGBT related things I'll just casually mention it. I imagine they'll be totally accepting of it, in fact iirc Maria has said she has many LGBT friends back in Singapore.
- I know that there's 96% chance you'll all have no problem with this so it's weird that I'm making such a fuss over it and weird that I never even told any of you before. It honestly feels great to get this all off my chest.
