*Many Many Scarves: A long string of handkerchiefs, meant to emulate the classic gag where a clown has a chain of handkerchiefs up his sleeve. However, these are made of carbon nanofibers and used as a grappling hook.
*Silly String: water-soluble and oxygen-permeable, this expanding foam incapacitates enemies by trapping them in a giant pastel-colored lump of ickiness. Suffocation is impossible.
*Squeaky Hammer: Contains a pilebunker.
*Squirting Flower: Sprays
*Smilex: A potent laughing gas, this incapacitates foes by causing them to hyperventilate and pass out. As it's lighter-than air, it rises and doesn't stick around to suffocate people.

Bio: On a dark night 30 years ago, young Jack Napier was on his way home from the circus with his family. They were poor, but they were happy, living on the top floor

In that moment, Jack realized that the power of Gotham's criminals wasn't strength, or politics. It was fear. That fear allowed them to intimidate and belittle the citizens for protection rackets. The fear that kept vital witnesses off the stand. The fear that anyone in the police could be corrupt. The only way the city would ever get better would be for the people to find their courage and stand against the darkness. And to do that, they'd need to see this criminals were nothing to fear. The criminals would need to be laughingstocks instead of shadowy figures cutting at the ankles of society. He knew what needed to be done. Jack disappeared from his home that night, running off to join the traveling circus. Though they were reluctant to accept him, the yoga mystic Lord Death Man spoke up in the child's defense. The child lost everything, and needed a new home.

And so began the Joker's transformation. He spent years training as a carnie. He memorized the clowns' routines, from the clown car to the fireman gag. He studied the gymnastic technique of the acrobats, learning to leap and tumble with the best of them. He learned the arts of escape and prestidigitation from the stage magician, from throwing knives and cards to escaping from a straightjacket. From the Strongman, he learned how to apply his strength with the utmost efficiency. But throughout all of this, his most valuable trainer was Lord Death Man.

Lord Death Man knew the pain the young boy felt, and knew that smoldering anger at the world had to be dealt with. Such feelings weren't healthy, especially not for a child. The mystic taught the child the ways of yoga, of its traditions and powers.
