TIFU by drinking enough caffeine for an entire family every morning unknowingly

This happened this week.

I'm not a coffee drinker. Never have been. But I like a warm drink in the mornings, so I decided on tea. I would drink a small cup of tea every morning right when I got to work. This was for at least a couple of months. Well, now I'm working from home & I had to buy my own tea. FirstWorldProblems. Went to the store and they really didn't have a good selection at all. I couldn't find the damn plain Lipton tea bags. I settle on store brand iced tea family-sized bags. Okay, these should work. It's not so much for taste, but something hot in the morning. About 2 weeks go by, and I've had a cup almost every morning. But this week, I've been really busy in the mornings at work, so I can't step away. I skipped the tea for the past 3/4 days. Well yesterday, I had an excruciating headache. And I rarely get headaches. Like worst one I've had in years easily.

Long story short, someone asked if I had any caffeine recently. I said no I don't think so. It then clicked in my head, I haven't had my tea in a couple days. But that small amount of caffeine cant give me this back of headaches, right? Then it hit me again. I've been putting family size tea bags in a small coffee cup. I've been drinking super caffeine concentrated tea...

tl;dr I bought family sized tea bags and put them in a small coffee cup (probably 6oz) and had withdrawals when I stopped. I'm an idiot.
